UPON STARTING THE MOTORCYCLE THE "NORMAL" CHECKLIST WAS REPLACED WITH "BRAKE FAILURE". DEALER TESTED THE ABS UNIT AND INDEED IT FAILED. USED THIS MOTORCYCLE IN A VERY LIMITED CAPACITY DUE TO LIMITED BRAKING. DEALER STATED THE UNIT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY OR RECALL.
