The vehicle was parked in a security enclosure by early evening on saturday sept. 29. At approximately 1:30 am on sunday morning, a neighbor living adjacent to our office facility called 911 reporting that the vehicle was on fire. Sacramento metro fire responded and put out the flames. A fire investigator was called out to look at the scene. It was the investigator,s opinion that the fire was not arson related as there were 3 other company vehicles parked in very close proximity and were not themselves damaged by separate incidents of fire. No forensic investigation was pursued. *tr

LED use is missing the appropriate level of rigger for correct human factors! The operating frequencies of pwm (pulse width modulation) LED's (light emitting diode) is to low for some viewers! This is a very real condition known as flicker fusion or critical fusion frequency and does not have the same effect on all viewers. The lamps look as if they are all over the roadway and completely out of control! It is just about impossible to drive at night due to this!!!! All manufactures using LED's or other fast response lamps need to consider human factors, the operating frequency is critical and needs to be over 3000 hertz (cycles per second). This lack of control has put probable 10% of the drivers and pilots are at risk! A recall is needed to fix this travesty that is out of contr
Flicker effect! This needs action now; the operating frequency on some vehicles did not consider human factors. The operating frequency needs to be above 3000 hertz, this needs a recall to correct this on all vehicles that do not conform. The choice of flicker fusion threshold operating frequency is going to get someone killed or maybe it already has! What is needed: recall all delenators, road side signs, signal lights and vehicles that use pwm "pulse width modulation". And are operating below 3000 hertz!! Set a standard for this!!! *tr

When I put my TC in park at work this morning it rolled forward. I found it odd so put the vehicle in reverse, applied the brake, put it in park, released the brake, and it again rolled. I applied the parking brake, opened the door and put my left foot on the ground to try to roll it myself. Although I was satisfied it would stay put with the parking brake applied, I moved to a parking space at the outside edge of the lot with a slight down-grade and a curb, and parked with the rear tires against the curb and applied the brake. When I arrived at my desk I did an internet search about this new problem and came across information about a recall for this problem in Ford Transit Connects, however my year is not included. This worries me as I now have a known problem but cannot get it fixed und

The incident is that the vehicle is poorly made. Body wise. Within the first week I replaced the right windshield wiper. Within 90 I had replaced both of them. At 19,000 miles I needed brakes. I have 85,000 miles and have had 4 sets of brakes. I have had to replace 3 of the 4 door lock motors at the cost of $500.00 each and still the doors do not lock or unlock as they did the day I bought it. I have replace 3 of the 4 tire sensors and still have problems with idiot light. I have replaced the passenger side tail lighting system not once but twice. Had the headlights fixed. The rubber around the drivers door has come loose within the first year, and I can see light out the floor in the backseat behind the driver and have since I bought it. I found the problem the first time
