Horn randomly goes off, had to take the relay out to get it to stop going off at night. Only happens in the winter, when it is colder. Had to stop driving, about got ran off the road with out a horn that works. Dealer said it would be about $900 to fix. Should have been recalled years ago from all the complaints I have seen online. *js

I recently got pulled over because my horn keeps going of uncontrollably! I had to take the fuse out and I've been pulled over twice because the horn goes off and distracts drivers unintentionally. They get mad and call the cops.. Then once this fuse is pulled the gas meter goes crazy and dumb. It said once we had half tank and we ran out as soon as we pulled out the driveway! This is a safety hazard!! This need to be recalled!! *tr

While driving or sitting still the security alarm system (horn blows off & on) goes off. The only way to stop it is to pull over, get out of the car ,open fuse box and remove the small yellow fuse marked for the horn. Upon replacing the fuse I have driven as much as a day or up to (3) weeks before happening again. The vehicle is out of warranty so I took the car to (3) different repair facilities and they were unable to find a problem or solution. I contacted Chrysler corporation and they said I would have to have a Chrysler dealer run a diagnostic but that did not find the problem ($106.90) . They kept the car overnight and the next day called and said that I would need a horn module ($600.00) part and 2 1/2 hours labor ($320.00). I called to find a cost on a horn module but no par

On my 05 Chrysler town and country head lights sometimes wont come on, the parking lights will, I have to turn them on and off a couple of times, and on just the other night was driving down the highway and they turned themselves off while it was dark and about had a wreck, so I would think this is dangerous and needs a recall, and while im on here about 4 months ago I was replacing the brakes on the same van, and while hand torquing the wheel lug nuts by hand I had 11 wheel studs just twist off, and was done by hand, no air tool was used in this, I have changed many brakes on cars and never have I had and wheel studs just twist off by hand. With these 2 things I sacred to drive it now, with my 2 kids. *tr

When you push the horn it will not turn off. I pulled the fuse out so that I would not have to deal with the horn having a mind of its own. My fix was to purchase a switch about $4-5 at the auto store and rewire the horn in on my own. It looks a little tacky, I put the switch under the turn signal, but it is far better than being in traffic or at a light and having the horn go off for 5 minutes. Straight. I never took it in but I am guessing it is an issue with the horn switch which is under the airbag. Expensive fix which is why Chrysler will never pay to fix the issue.

My vehicle was involved in an accident july 2010, damage was to the front driver's side. Upon picking up car I complained of an engine knock and axle noise. Geico determined this was not due to the accident. I was told to take my car back to where the axle was replaced in april 2010 by pep boys. While waiting to be seen by an adjuster from geico, my vehicle would not start. I then had my battery and starter replaced by pep boys. My vehicle still had engine knock which geico said was not cause by accident. I then had my car taken to a repair shop where they diagnosed an oil pump problem. They later determined before replacing the oil pump that there were metal shavings in oil pan. They inspected my engine block and determine that engine block was clean due to my use of synthetic oil, but

My 2005 Chrysler sebring has a faulty fuel level reading. I have had the vehicle in two different dealerships (the first one diagnosed the problem, but did no service work due to my leaving the state of minnesota; the other two dealerships supposedly did work to the vehicle) first servicing dealership claimed to have replaced the fuel sending unit; however, the problem of inaccurate fuel level is still showing. (what I mean by inaccurance fuel level reading is that the gauge will show one level, but the amount of fuel put in the vehicle is substantially less; much less than a one or 1.5 gallon reserve would show.) it is unknown if the original part is available. I have showed the last servicing dealership photographs of the fuel gauge and receipts from fill ups; the last servicing dealersh
