I PUT THE KEY IN THE CAR TO START IT AND THE IT WOULD NOT EVEN TURN OVER. THE DASH LIGHTS COME ON, THE RADIO WORKS, HOWEVER THE CAR IS STUCK IN PARK AND ALL WHEELS ARE LOCKED.
