THIS ABOUT A TIRE CALLED RIKEN RAPTOR'S. I NOW HAVE HAD THIS HAPPEN TWICE WHERE THE TOP PART OF THE TIRE COMES OFF THE SIDE WALLS, IT HAPPENED IN AUGUST AS WELL.
