THE PARKING/RUNNING LIGHTS WILL NOT TURN OFF INTERMITTENTLY. THIS CAN DRAIN THE BATTERY IF NOT NOTED WHEN TURNING OFF THE CAR. WEATHER/HUMIDITY/PRECIPITATION HAS NO BEARING ON THIS PROBLEM. LIGHTS WILL NOT GO OFF WHETHER VEHICLE ENGINE IS RUNNING OR OFF. I HAVE HAD THE VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICING AND THE ISSUE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED/DIAGNOSED.
