I am alarmed that nearly two years after a recall that the Lincoln motor company has yet to secure replacement parts for the air bag inflator. Their remedy is just don't use the front passenger seat. This is not really a solution.

Engine started to miss and lost power had to pull off road immediately. Coil shorted out so badly mechanic said it could have caught fire! Date of trouble 12-26-15. After spending $1600 to replace all 6 coils per the tsb requirements and spark plugs etc still not working because of bad PCM unit that has to be fixed and reprogrammed! Another $1100! Please consider this a safety hazard! I was a single woman driving my car and thank god it wasn't at night! This could easily have resulted ina fire and further damage to the vehicle. *tr

The vehicle stalled and the vehicle was able to restart. The failure recurred on several occasions. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that a sensor on the transmission failed. The vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. Driving down the highway and transmission shift to low by itself. It almost caused me to get it. The ptu is leaking transmission fluid. Youneverknow when it is low. This car had this problem since it was manufactured and they never fixed the problem. It needs to be fixed and needs a heat shield between the ptu and the engine to keep it from leaking and causing dangerous situations on the road. The car smokes so bad that it looks like it is on fire. Scared to drive because I never know what will happen if the fluid is low. You can see the leak from the ptu under the car. Not many people complained about it because they don't know about this website. This is really dangerous if it doesn't get recalled soon. When the car was manufactured it was under warranty. So they fixed it then but when t
