Takata recall...I received this safety recall over six months ago. Once again I am waiting too long for a remedy to become available. This is not fair to vehicle owners. We can't even feel safe in our own cars nowadays. No sooner than one recall is completed, another one pops up. It's not right to ask us to squeeze our passengers into the back seat until Toyota gets off their behinds and help us. Please give Toyota a hugh push!

Takata recall-I was notified of the recall back in june of this year and still no action has been taken to repair my auto. Since that time, I have not been able to carry passengers in my front passenger seat severely impacting my use of my vehicle.

When using the cruise control and going up a hill, ABS light and brake light comes on. Now it does it even without cruise control on. Those lights come on when you start the car. The brakes and fluids have all been check and there is no defaults with any of that.

I have a light on my dash that looks like an engine. Had the car tested and it shows that it is a little module type deal that has had to do with fuel evaporation or something on that line. Sounds like they are notorious for going bad. Its like a $300 part. *tr

2008 Toyota yaris 4 door, the left wiper is about 26 inches and the right is 16, thke defroster is in the center and only covers the left wiper and has no effect on the right wiper. When traveling down the highway in snowy conditions the right wiper will ice up and attach itself to the windshield, therefore making the left one not work either. The only thing to do is to pull over and clear it but that is also and and issue on the highway in the snow or ride it to an exit to clear it with absolutely no visibility. If the windshield had a heated strip at the bottom or they redesigned the dash board to cover the left wiper. This is the first snow storm I have driven in and by the looks will not be the last. I am currently trying to work with the Toyota dealership and have pictures of wha

Vehicle is showing an evap canister, purge valve leak which is common across many Toyota`s of high mileage, I would get a faint smell of gas here and there and curious to know if this would be covered. Vehicle is still in great shape and runs strong. Please advise on next steps needed to have this taken care of.

I am a retired autoshop teacher {2 years} and am ASE certified in, among others, suspension and steering. While driving my yaris, started to hear a clunking noise in the front suspension. Suddenly, a loud bang while something broke off the car and hit the underbody. On inspection, discovered that the right side lower control arm rearward bolt, which extends through a center support and is bolted to the vehicle body, had snapped off about halfway. I drove the car home, about 3 miles, but the driveability of the vehicle was affected, the steering became vague and the noise became louder and louder. There is a tsb, number 005-11 on this problem but Toyota fails to admit in this or earlier tsbs that this is a serious safety problem, which in my opinion, it clearly is. This is not an unusual pr

Brakes locked up on my 2008 Toyota yarius and it skidded me 67' 9" into the back end of another vehicle. The skid marks were solid. I have had mechanics tell me that the brakes locked up and they should not have and it will speed you up, which caused me to hit this vehicle not once but twice. I filed a complaint with Toyota and they sent out a subject to check the brakes, I then received a letter stating all the tests are fine. Well my insurance company had the vehicle towed to dealership who advised them that you can not do the proper test, without towing it to a certified Toyota dealership and put it on their computer. Well I tried to get Toyota to tell me if this man pulled up in his truck and pulled out this computer, however now Toyota won't talk to me. My insurance has had one o
