Takata recall. Have tried to get Lincoln dealership to replace the airbag and they said no parts are available to them. It has been years since I was notified I had a recall on my vehicle.

"takata recall" - after almost 2 years, my auto dealer says they still do not have the parts to repair/replace and perform the recall. Is this not a excessive time to correct the problem? They also tell me that I am not entitled to a rental or replacement vehicle. Am I and my passenger at risk of physical harm due to this defect?

I recieved the notice in january 2017, called and was told they do not have the part. Now I recieved notice that the part manufacturer is filing bankrupcy and that unless I put the new parts on the vehicle now they will not be held responsible for injury occuring after dec 27, 2017. I asked the dealer if they noted how many calls I have made and they say no. Now I call 18003923673 and report this problem and I get a case # caf13428966. Do I get a part no.has this changed the fact that after december I can take my chances on my own no. I want to be put into a safe vehicle until the part is installed in my car.
Takata recall - to date the parts are not available to repair the problem. We are in danger by not being able to repair the vehicle. Some sort of repair should be available instead of having to wait on parts.
Takata recall since I first got the recall notice in 2016 all Ford/Lincoln shows is: status: 12 - recall incomplete. Remedy not yet available I cannot get it fixed until the company does something. The tk holdings legal notice I got today saying I must get it fixed is fraud.

I hear a hissing noise when depressing the brake pedal and the brakes feel spongy and not very responsive. Garage have diagnosed a leaking brake booster. Lincol recall 13n02 exactly fits this fault but is only being applied to 2010 - 2013 models, mine is 2009. This recall needs to be extended to cover 2009 models too.
I have to change the breaks & rotors twice in 2 years. My mechanic says it is the 'break booster'. He stated that their might be a recall. The vehicle is having issues stopping. I am afraid the will go out and cause an accident. The breaks make a released air sound and it is hard to make a complete stop. So I stopped driving it.
Car frequently failed to stop timely when brakes were pressed. A HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT was advised and BRAKE BOOSTER to be installed.

Sync radio. Every once in a while, without warning, the radio will suddenly emit an extremely loud explosion noise, enough to startle you to jerk the wheel and leaving your ears ringing. This has happened to us three times since owning the vehicle. Once on a local highway and twice on the freeway. At all times was the vehicle being driven in a straight line. Research online shows many complaints as this appears is a common problem with the sync radio and Lincoln has no resolution. This is a safety issue that should be addressed. *tr
