My vehicle began to shift oddly while driven. I took it to the local Audi dealer and problem was diagnosed as a faulty and leaking mechatronic system.
Will not change gears, will not go into reverse, car jerks mechtronic and transmission. Can reset by shutting car off and restarting. That no longer works. Only drives in 2nd gear. No reverse. Car is no longer drivable
Erratic shifting and sudden shifting to neutral with dsg gearbox, while driving. Dealer found faulty mechatronics unit. Similar complaints LED to an investigation and recall in 2009 but unsure if our vehicle was covered(depends on production date).
