I purchased the vehicle in february 2010 and I didn't start noticing problems till around summer but they were not that bad till september were the car started showing strange electrical and steering issue. I received the recall letter in october and had the power steering issue fixed but its still have issues were the vehicle will swerve back and forth in return I will have to keep my hands on the steering wheel to try to keep it from hitting other vehicles on the highway. Then the blower motor that blows the hot and cold air sometimes istatically revs up high and I have to turn of the heater. Also I have noticed that the brakes squeal and I only have 10,300 miles. I have also noticed that the needles on the gauges in the dash tend to twitch radically when I turn the vehicle off sometimes

Power steering failure. Car is out of warranty (20,000 miles) contacted Chevrolet who says part already replaced under recall (april 2010). This part has failed for a second time! Manufacturer of this exact part has had recalls with Toyota (2012) as well. Critical safety issue that must be addressed by NHTSA and force a second recall until design flaw is resolved. *tr
While I was driving the power steering thing comes on thinking it needed fluid I stopped to check there was none and it was hard to drive I made it back home checking the internet I found that there was a recall for the car I was driving so I found this site that's why am complaining. *tr
While driving at low speed (25 MPH) through an "s" curve I entered the first portion of the curve and the cobalt was operating normally, without any warning entering into the second portion of the "s" curve suddenly there was no power steering. An alarm bell chimed and the message board displayed "power steering" message. I was able to stay in my lane of traffic using extra force to control the steering wheel. There is a recall # 82540 but it appears the recall stopped by 10,000 units short of my VIN #. Same problem as recall, but it appears the recall didn't recall enough vehicles? *tr

Gasoline leak on drivers side just ahead of the rear tire.
Gas leaking near rear drivers side wheel well causing puddle of gas underneath the car on the ground
Bright LED lights when driving at night, specifically of other SUV or truck vehicles. This has affected my driving at night by blinding and giving me headaches. How can we prevent a safer road? Why is this approved? Why do headlights need to be so bright, that they are blinding to other vehicles? This is a huge safety concern and needs to be addressed. I drive a smaller car, but i shouldnt have to be punished because i drive a smaller vehicle. This isnt about specifically the make and model of the car, but solely on the bright LED headlights that are dangerous while i am driving at night.
Fuel lines rusted and causing fuel to drip by rear driver side tire once fuel pump turns on.

In december 2015, I pulled into a parking space and put my car in park, then turned my key back to leave the radio on but everything seemed to completely shut down. I tried to remove the key from the ignition but couldn't get it out. I tried to restart the car, but it wouldn't start. My key was stuck in the ignition. I googled the problem and read that the gearshift may appear to be in park, but is really in gear, locking the key. I couldn't move the gear forward any further but noticed the "reverse" gear was highlighted on the panel instead of "park". I saw that it was a recalled issue so I called the dealer and was told that tap hat issue had able easy been "fixed" in june 2014. I explained that my key was stuck and my gearshift appeared to be off kilter, and that it was listed as a dif
