I just want to report how uncomfortable the headrest in the Ford expedition are. They are tilted way to far forward. *tr

A/c compressor clutch and pulley seperated a/c compressor seized up serpentine belt got damaged from the seize. Truck would stall and lose power at stop lights and intersections because it was seizing and taking energy from the battery and truck. Was told it was a cam sensor the whole time it was the a/c compressor pulley and cluth that disconnected and fell off while driving. Scariest thinng ever in my life. And the fact I cant get a a/c bypass pulley for this year of this truck im basically screwed because its a middle of a pandemic my children are in remote learning from home for school I cant work because of that I cant there for I dont have the money to buy a new a/c compressor and serpentine belt or get them installed. Thanks Ford merry christmas.
Headrests for driver's and passenger's seats are at an acute inward angle forcing improper sitting position in seat and pointing the head downward. *tr
The two front headrests are at an acute angle towards the front of the vehicle and preclude the driver/rider from sitting upright without tilting his head considerably forward. Riding like this for any length of time causes a very bad neck ache and prevents the driver/rider from being able to look up. The only solutions are to remove the headrest or to turn the headrest around. Both of these totally defeat the purpose of the headrest to prevent whiplash. *tr
Drivers side airbag did not deploy when the car was in an accident. The passenger side did even though there was no passenger. Both sensors went off.
Tl* the contact owns a 2010 Ford expedition. The contact stated that the front driver and passenger head rests are at an acute angle. This angle disabled the occupants from being properly positioned in the seats. He notified the manufacturer; however, he was advised by a representative that the angle was the normal design of the vehicle. The failure mileage was 3 and the current mileage was 154. When driving the 2010 Ford expedition through virtually any puddle, as the water hits the front wheels it is thrown directly up onto the windshield of the SUV. I have owned many vehicles and they always are designed to push the water away/under the vehicle. This is a very serious issue as you loose all visibility every time you run through a puddle of water. Having the windshield wipers on high still takes 3-4 cycles to clear the amount of water that is dumped on the windshield. So you are driving blind until you exit the puddle/water along the side of the road (which can be quite a distance with heavy rains and water running down the sides of the road). Many people have complained to Ford and the response is how Ford handles all of the complaints about any of their vehicles....'no pr
There are 3 spots so far that have bubbled up on the hood and tailgate of my vehicle. It's still under warranty till 06/15 but Ford refuses to do anything about it. *tr
After only a little over 3 years the vehicle has developed corrosion and paint bubbling on the hood and tailgate. These body panels are aluminum and the problem is well known, although the manufacturer is very reluctant to resolve these problems.
Bubbling of paint located centrally on tailgate in several locations around metal edge and around license plate, is apparently not covered under warranties or purchased $3500 extended warranty coverage either...nice Ford! *tr

The 2010 Ford expedition was parked in a driveway not on an incline. While in park it rolled backwards across a street and crashed into a tree. After the incident it was determined that with the engine turned off and the key removed the car could be put into any gear. It was further determined that the key could be removed with the engine off and the car in drive or any other gear. *tr
Transmisin problem bery noise when driving and press gas. Sometimes when is parked it moves like 12" . Ac always a problem toke to mecanic at lease 10 times I'm so tired if this.
Transmission severely slips when downshifting from overdrive...only happens after driving for 2 or more hours. Have had it in 3 times, but dealer only would document it once. The first 2 times, they said the car was still breaking in and that it would settle in after a few more thousand miles. The 3rd time the dealer hooked up equipment and drove it for 5 min, returned and said no problem found. I filed complaint with Ford. They called dealer, called me back and said there was no problem. I have a $50k vehicle that can only be driven on short trips. It is very dangerous since it slips and then catches so badly that it feels like someone is literally running into the back of the vehicle.(basically the trans is slipping, but it is tearing up the u joints, and other components as it sl

The contact stated that while the vehicle was idling with the park engaged, the vehicle shifted out of gear and rolled backwards crashing into a steel post without warning. I attempted to role my window up while driving and it stopped working. The window will not roll up or down and is stuck open. The motor makes a clicking sound. Window is not off track either.
Interior A/c blower motor short. A/c stops and starts by itself with smell of wiring melting or burnt.

The rear window exploded/shattered while the vehicle was idling in the driveway. Nothing impacted the glass, my family had just got in the vehicle and a few seconds later heard a whistling sound and the window shattered. I contacted the local dealer and they said there had been no other similar reports and it was not covered under warranty. *tr

2010 Ford expedition was traveling southbound. A 2007 Chevy silverado that was on the northbound side, made a left-hand turn in front of the expedition without yielding right of way to oncoming traffic. The expedition was traveling about 35 MPH and the brakes locked up leaving skid marks on the pavement. There was no time to react as it took place so quickly. The vehicles collided right front to right front. Then as the vehicles continued in motion the expedition was dragged sideways into a t-bone type position with the side of the silverado, and the front of the expedition slide down the side of the silverado in this position causing damage to the silverado's passenger front fender, door, extended cab door and front of the bedside. The backend of the silverado came up off of the ground a
