Takata recall parts are unavailable until spring of 2018

Takata recall "driver airbag failure" how in the world should I continue to use my vehicle with this warning. Nissan is telling me that they are working on getting the parts to make this change. They are hoping to get the parts in spring 2018! This is ridiculous.

I have not received a recall for this issue, and local dealerships in florida and in georgia will not commit to replacement

Sometime in the last 3 or 4 months the air bag light came on and would not go off. Took car to garage nov. 24,2020 to repair the light and was informed that the air bags needed to be replaced. The garage informed me that there was a recall for airbags by Nissan covering the time frame my car was built . Nissan rejected the recall repair because the air bags installed in my car were not tikata brand air bags. It would seem reasonable that all air bags used in Nissan versa vehicles during the recall period should be included in the recall and replaced whatever the brand and not limited to only the takata brand.

Prior to being apart of the takata inflator recall, I did not realize that citizens could report erroneous and dangerous part failures in their automobiles prior to a dangerous incident. Having gone through the takata recall, I am now a more aware consumer and want to report an incident involving failing door assemblies on Nissan versa hatchback's. The right front door lock actuator failed on my 2010 Nissan versa hatchback several years after ownership. It is unclear if this happened during or after driving, but it was discovered when the car was stationary. I have been told by Nissan that the door latch assembly needs to be replaced in order for the hatch back door in the rear to open. Tl* the contact owns a 2010 Nissan versa. The contact stated that the vehicle was pulling in the front end and swayed to the right. The VIN was included in NHTSA campaign number: 15v573000 (suspension). The vehicle was to be taken to a dealer for inspection and diagnosed as well as to schedule an appointment for the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was not available.

Steering wheel would move but the wheels would not the breaks don't work even if replaced. Car is totaled now.just because it's there anyone would move but the tires wouldn't nothing else was wrong with the car. The breaks are new. It is like the care just shut down.

The metal heat shield plate separating muffler and fuel tank (?) is detached from the body or frame by corrosion (of the screws). It not only make severe rattlling noise whenever engine runs but also may cause fire and explosion if the plate is completely lost while the car is driven on the road. The plate is now barely hung on the muffler.

My 2010 Nissan versa tire rims has major rust on all four rims. I live in georgia - pretty much warm weather, little to no snow. Where is this rust coming from and is the whole frame rusted out. I am very concern. *tr

My Nissan started leaking air out of the tires....all 4 of them. My son-in-law filled them up to the correct pressure and in a day or two they would be down 4,5, or sometimes 8 lbs. This went on for months until I took it back to the dealership. They said there were no recalls on it. (I asked). They did plug one tire because it had a nail in it, but the other three they said "were just fine". They added pressure to the tires, I paid them and away I went. Two days later when I got in the car, the tire pressure light was on again. Took it back down to my- son-in-law, he looked at it and the pressure was down 6 lbs. In each tire. Went out and bought 4 new tires two days ago. My friend who has a versa bought new tires, but it didn't solve her (same) problem. Holding my breath and hoping mine w
