The PCM at 34,000 miles caused two fuel pumps to burn out in 4 days. A "wrench" warning symbol appeared on the dash and the vans engine dies while going at high speed (we pull a pressure washing trailer holding with hazardous chemicals & water). If it was raining or even heavy traffic this could cause a dangerous life threatening crash. On wet roads these heavy commercial vehicles can easily hydro-plain when this occurs putting the driver & others in danger who may be in the path. We are now without our service van for 2 weeks & Ford estimated in the excess of $2600 in repairs on a vehicle with just 34,000 miles on the van.we just replaced the transmission 3 months ago. My step father is 84 years old who owns this vehicle and he is a retired navy captain of over 25 years. He and I are both

Last week I received notice from michelin north america that my claim I presented in writing on may 18 had been denied. I filed the claim because I had my warranty tire exploded on my cargo van resulting in about $5000. In damages. Michelin representative ritch townsend says that I at some point I hit something splitting the inner liner that over time caused the tread detachment. This did not happen! I am the only person that has drove this van with just 33,000. Miles. Area attorney's with defective tire litigation experience are personal "injury attorney's". No injury; no interest! This large tire manufacturer will not take responsibility for their defective tire until they are forced under judgement and then likely only after people have lost their lives! A short while after owning the vehicle, the brake light bulbs burnt out. I've had to replace all the brake light bulbs approximately every 3 months or so. After a few bulb replacements I noticed the sockets that hold the bulb starting to look burnt. Now all the sockets in the rear of the vehicle are to the point where they are completely "fried" and melted needing replaced. *tr

The interior grab handle is used to climb into the truck. Due to a weak design the handle breaks causing the potential for a person to fall backwards and seriously injuring themselves. *tr
