I had my car serviced for regular maintenance on 5/31/ 2013. This maintenance included all scheduled maintenance as suggested by Honda. On 6/9/2013 I was driving home from a trip on an interstate traveling at approximately 70 MPH when I suddenly lost the ability to accelerate. The car was operable, meaning I had power for the steering and the engine was on, however I was unable to accelerate. An engine light appeared on the dash. Fortunately, I was on the right hand side of the interstate at an exit point. I exited the interstate to a gas station parking lot at the end of the exit ramp. At this time I discovered I would not be able to drive the car home. I also realized I was in an undesirable location for a single woman traveling alone. I attempted to drive the car at least to a m

Vehicle constantly has the calibers seize , causing the brakes to lock on and warping the rotors. It has already happened four times and every Honda dealer stated there’s nothing they can do because there isn’t a recall.

Takata recall -- the recall was performed by the dealer-- left dealership and airbag light came on -- comes on intermittently-- dealer says because it wasn't on when the service was performed its not part of the recall even though it came on almost immediately after leaving the dealer and I returned-- they reset it but it comes on and stays on for usually short periods-- the tech who performed the recall said there is a part they have replaced as part of the recall but the dealer is balking at fixing the problem without charge

I have water entering the car. It has pooled under the thick foam under the drivers floorboard and is running into the back driver side. I noticed once I detected the odor of mold and noticed black mold growing in the rear floorboard. After last nights rain it has began pooling in the front below the brake pedal so I know it is a lot of water entering since the foam its self is thick. I feel moisture on the firewall near the foot rest but I am unable to tell further where it is coming from due to the fabric materials. I do not know how long this has been happening but it was recently I noticed the mold smell. I have checked the sunroof drains by pushing clothes line down them and they are clear of debris.

Ever since I purchased by 2011 Honda accord crosstour the windshield has had problems: it scratches easily and it finally cracked after a very small rock struck it. It seems to chip like a drinking glass would rather than a windshield. I think the windshield glass is unsafe and not to standards. When I purchased the vehicle the salesman lamented about problems with Honda windshields and I should have reconsidered the purchase then. I have owned two other Honda vehicles and never had the problems that I do with this car. I am replacing the glass (I have to pay for it) within a month and would like to have someone test it to see if it meets regulations. The dealer intends to discard it otherwise. *tr
