I’m experiencing issues that seem to align with the gcm recall despite my vehicle supposedly being fixed for this recall prior to my purchase of it. I cannot run the heat with the headlights or various combinations of things that would otherwise be normal because the battery will drain within 30 minutes, resulting in the car to going into “battery saver mode” where each system begins to power off one by one which ends with the car losing speed and just turning off and not turning back on. I’ve been stuck and had to jump it more times than I can possibly count due to it not starting or going in the battery saver mode. I’ve noticed a weird odor that smells like burning wires. I’ve owned this car for 3 years and have had these same problems with it since the day I bought it. I’m at the point

The charging system in my vehicle is no longer working. There's been a recall done for the charging system. It was fixed back in 2013 before long before I bought the vehicle. It's only been nine years since it's been fixed and now it's not working again. I'd like this matter to be looked into as I believe it's faulty at no fault of my own.

Since I purchased the car in june, 2012, there have been three (3) incidents where there was a gradual loss of battery charge, the vehicle would not start, and the illumination of the malfunction indicator light comes on. The most recent incident was this past saturday, on november 16, 2013. My car is also equipped with e-assist. I do not know if there is a problem with the generator control module, or similar device. Each time a certified Buick repair service claim they cannot find anything wrong with the vehicle. Thanks god I have always been in a safe place when this has occurred, and so far there has been no fire in the trunk of my car, which I understand might occur. Thanks for all of your assistance in regards to this urgent matter. Updated 12/16/13

Car stalled out twice, lost power steering. I was backing out of a parking lot space; restarted and then stalled while pulling onto street. Fear is it stalling in traffic and getting rear-ended. I took to garner Buick where had purchased new. When car was relatively new and still on warranty had had similar issue, but dealer never found problem. Now occurs again. They found two sensors that failed but ok now so told me to drive over weekend and see what happens. I see this as a big safety problem and an accident waiting to happen. Buick should be responsible if this happens, but in the meantime I am the one injured.

Shortly after purchasing this vehicle I found that while rounding a corner the power dies and I lost control of the vehicle since I had not power steering or brakes. I was able to steer the car to the berm and waited until power was restored. This has occurred many times. Upon checking with the dealer I was told Buick is aware of the problem, but there is no recall. Then I began having alot of problems with the stabilitrak - the car loses power and surges. Again the dealer told me they are aware of the issues with the lacrosse, but there was no recall and the cost of repairs was over $2000. *tr

during a regular drive the check stabiltrack system message popped up on the dash in the middle circle and then the little car with the squiggly lines behind it popped up and the check engine light came on and started blinking. Immediately I noticed lack of steering control, the car's speed was accelerating and decelerating on its own, jerking and stalling also was observed. As of now the car sits in my driveway because I don't trust the safety of it. I literally feared my life was in danger driving it because of the lack of handling and the acceleration shifts that were so random. So I returned home, as I pulled into the yard the vehicle jerked hard while I was attempting turn into the driveway causing me to hit my mailbox and damaged the side fender and front bumper. no one was injured b

Sometimes while cornering, almost always a right corner, my car will act like anti skid is enabled...I lose power and slow way down,, then my car speeds back up on its own, it does it while engaged to anti skid or not. When I put brand new tires on, it quit doing it, but it's doing it again. I have had this car into the dealer with this complaint about 3 years ago...no issues or recalls were on file at that time. This rear toe link recall is what my car is mimicking, but my VIN # is not listed.

The brake pedal sticks down during interior high temperatures (generally during the summer months when parked in the sun) and causes the brakes to drag. It appears this is a known defect (nhtsa# 10141352) gm technical service bulletin#PIC 5692D. I just want the NHTSA to be aware of another vehicle exhibiting this condition. I will be repairing the vehicle myself.
