Unable to get safety recall n28 / NHTSA 13v-234 transmission oil cooler tube repaired. Have contacted multiple dealers and they are unable to get the part. Dealers report they are only allowed one recall part per week or two weeks, now backed up for months. They report 100's of persons waiting on their list. At this point I'm just told to call back and try again... I can't even get on a list to wait. *tr

Jeep started violently shaking when hitting a bump in a city road, tightened lose sway bar, but a couple weeks later noticed violent shaking again when traveling on the highway and almost caused me to lose control of the vehicle and had vehicle towed home. Will not drive as I am terrified of causing an accident and death.

Oil leaking off top of engine. Cracked plastic part caused oil to leak out on engine and exhaust creating a burning smell and my mechanic said it is a fire hazard. Found many others with same issue from Jeep and Chrysler products.
Oil leaking from engine. Mechanic said could be dangerous as it was getting on the exhaust and could start a fire. Doing research on this website, found out it is a common problem with a plastic part on top of the engines used by Jeep and Chrysler. This should be recalled.
Jeep Wrangler 3.6 liter 90k miles lifter making loud noise. Seems you had a recall about this on the 2012 and guess I missed out
While approaching a stop-light on several occasions (but not on every occasion), the 3.6 liter pentastar engine in my 2012 Jeep wrangler sport has stalled, which causes immediate & complete loss of power-steering & hydraulic brake-power. To restart the engine, I must shift into neutral or park. To put the vehicle back into drive after restarting, the vehicle's computer requires me to come to a complete stop. This is dangerous and disruptive when I'm in traffic and there is not a requirement to come to a complete stop (for instance when the red light turns green while I'm slowing). Furthermore, the engine frequently stalls at low speed in parking lots and also when the vehicle is completely stopped.

Car completely dies when sitting idle. I believe the control module is faulty and I have heard many complaints from other Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep customers about this same issue. My 15 month old son was in the car when this happened and it scared the heck out of me to be sitting at a major stoplight and the car completely die. I was scared for my safety and scared for my son's safety. I do not understand how this is not an open recall right now. When the Jeep dies all of the relays start engaging and the dash lights blink on and off. I have had my battery, alternator, and started checked by a licensed mechanic. I do not have any other electrical issues either. Please create a recall for this so my family will be safe when I drive them around.
I understand that this may not be in the NHTSA's arena but I wasn't sure where else to turn. Around the 21st of november 2014 the headlights, blinkers, cabin lighting and cruise control stopped working. I took the vehicle into capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge in garner nc on the 25th of november. The dealership diagnosed the problem as an electrical cluster in the instrument panel shorting out. The part is an exchange part and one of Chrysler's vendors would send a new part calibrated to my mileage to replace my shorted cluster and they would send my cluster back to be repaired. My vehicle was not allowed to be driven, despite physically working, because the new clusters mileage had to match the vehicles mileage and they had already submitted the mileage to the vendor. Around the 5th of dec
Had to replace engine wiring harness on my wrangler and my wife's 2012 wrangler. Both are rhd. Not covered under warranty. Shame on Jeep

I received an e-mail from Jeep around december stating recall n28 would affect my Jeep because the power steering line will rub the transmission oil cooler tube causing the vehicle to leak transmission fluid. I noticed on december 18th that my Jeep was in fact leaking transmission fluid so I called the closest Jeep dealership to me, gwinnett Jeep in stone mountain georgia, and took my vehicle there on december 19th. After further inspection, the dealership stated the entire transmission oil cooler unit was leaking, which I told them was odd since this Jeep is only two years old with less than 50,000 miles. The dealership later called me back and told me a different story stating a transmission oil cooler tube was leaking and that unfortunately it was a different transmission oil cooler tub

Attempted to start my Jeep on the street parking and the alarm went off, horn blaring, wipers and fluid on constant, all lights flashing, reverse lights on, and it would not start. Pulled the total integrated power module (tipm) and sent it out for repair. Was told the tipm was in complete failure and had to be replaced. Searched the web and found that 2007-2015 tipms should be recalled and it was rejected.
