In november 17, 2016 a recall campaign 15v-115 was issued. My durango was serviced by dealer due to this recall. Recently I took the vehicle to the triangle dealers in puerto rico, with the same issue. They wanted to change the fuel pump, because this was the diagnostic of the mechanic. I did not agreed with the diagnostic because I had already verified that when I moved the cables of the relay they installed, the vehicle turned on again. I picked up my durango at the dealer on the december 24, 2018. Now the durango has the same problem, it actually stalled will driving almost causing me to have an accident on the 25th. My complain is the the relay installed in these vehicles are not the solution. I've research other vehicles owner who have had the same problem occurring over time again, a
Purchased vehicle in nov 2013. Received recall for brake booster in may 2014 (p14/NHTSA 14v-154). Called and scheduled an appointment. Dealership said that they would call when the part was received. No call to date. Received second recall notice via mail on 12/26/14. Called dealership and they stated that the parts were not coming in very quickly. Recommended I file this complaint with the NHTSA. Also stated that they were doing the second recall for sun visor wiring, received in aug 2014, in conjunction with the brake booster, when/if the parts arrive. (p36/NHTSA 14v-391). This report is filed to comply with the directions of the recall that state "if your dealer fails or is unable to remedy the defect without charge and within a reasonable time, you may submit a written complai

In september 2019 after my check engine light came on and the vehicle was idling erratically, I took my 2013 Dodge durango into a repair shop where I was told a fuel injector needed to be replaced. At the time I asked if they all needed to be replaced and was told not necessarily that they could last for several years before needing to be replaced. In december 2019, after experiencing some of the same symptoms I took my durango back to the repair shop and was told one more fuel injector needed to be replaced and, this time the shop recommended that I replace the other five (5) injectors. I agreed to have them replace all five since it appeared that all of them may malfunction over the next several months. The day after I had the five replaced, my check engine light came on again. Please see attached, and advise if you need additional information. As you will see, I've tried to contact someone on multiple occasions in regards to this issue. And as of yet, I have had NO response.
On 12/24/2017 I started my durango to let it warm up before leaving my house, remote start was used. It was making a funny noise so I turned it off and then turned it back on. At this time I saw smoke was coming from the engine. Upon inspection I noticed smoke from the alternator and had to put water on it. I took my durango on 12/26/2017 to dwayne lane's Chrysler and Jeep at 10515 evergreen way, everett, wa 98204. They said this is related to recall t36 and there was no known fix. I understand if the alternator was still fine they could do nothing. However since it was clearly faulty after running their tests they said I would have to pay out of pocket nearly $1200 dollars and then get reimbursed after 90 days. I called Dodge customer service and worked with someone to get approva

My Chrysler dealer has failed to replace Chrysler's recalled brake booster and shield within a reasonable amount of time. I took my 2013 Dodge durango to the premier chryslerjeep Dodge Ram of tracy, california back in june 2014; they tested the car and said they would contact me when the replacement brake booster and shield were in stock. I've called twice since then and was told that parts are still not in stock. I feel this is an unreasonable wait for a recall that poses a threat to the safety of me and my family. *tr
P14 recall on brake booster. Received 2nd notice today and have been to the dealership 3 times all 3 times I was told that they will not look at the recalled part as they don't have the parts in stock to replace. I called Chrysler recall group and they can't guarantee the parts to be available, only to call other dealerships to see what can be done. On top of this I now have a alternator recall that I am on a "wait list" like I have been since june for the brake booster. *tr

We were traveling on the highway when we heard a pop then it sounded like a bag was stuck to the roof of our car and was flapping in the wind. We started to open the sunroof shade when we noticed the sunroof glass was broken. We were not hit by any road debris and after stopping to look over the damage we noticed the sunroof glass was blown out not in. The left over sunroof glass on the driver side corner was sticking up. We believe the sunroof glass exploded out. *tr
