My 2014 panamera 4 started having this issue on 10/09/2019. I placed the car in park and found that the car was still moving like it was in neutral. I have to set the emergency brake on the car before leaving it or it might roll down the street and into traffic. It sounds like it has to be tied to the recall 19v-446.
