Purchased 2015 mustang 5.0 with only 6000 miles. And numerous times I tried to register my mustang with Ford sync vehicle health report but said my vehicle wasn't compatible, which I didn't understand. When I hit 13000miles... I noticed vehicle ac was not cooling for a couple days. I made an appointment with dealership but day before I was driving on the freeway checking if maybe the ac would work all of a sudden, the engine shut off.... I pushed the clutch back in and started it as I was in neutral. Engine turned back on and I turned off the radio and ac. Thank god I made it back home. *tr

Car fails to start on repeated occasions. Car information indicates battery voltage is at a 14.3 on many occasions but car will not start. Lights come on as well as interior items like radio and information window. On one occasion car shut off while in traffic, and took a few minutes to get to restart. When push button start is pushed car acts like it wants to crank but does not. When this happens I have to get a jump to get the car started. I have taken it to Ford dealership for diagnostics only for them to tell me nothing is wrong, but this has happened close to 10x times now with no remedy. When it does not start is has been either stationary or in motion whether at home , work or city streets.
I am writing to formally request an investigation into a potential recall issue regarding a heated seat module and module plug on my vehicle. Below are the details of my vehicle for your reference: * Make/Model: 2015 Ford Mustang Ecoboost * VIN (Vehicle Identification Number): [XXX] * Mileage: 183,367 I have encountered a burning/melted plastic smell along with smoke coming from my heated/cooled seat module box while operating the vehicle. This issue has impacted safety, and reduced functionality. I have contacted the dealership, and had the part inspected but the issue persists. Upon reviewing similar concerns online and through forums, I noticed other owners reporting comparable problems, starting with many different 2015-2020 ford model vehicles, which leads me to believe this may be a
Ford invented a new grill shutter and in 1 1/2 years its broke . They now say it not there fault and $1,100 to replace there defective design .

When putting the vehicle into reverse the backup camera displayed an unusable red fuzzy screen. Backup camera was unable to assist in safely reversing and mirrors and parking sensors had to be used

The rear backup camera will periodically fail and not show what is behind the vehicle while backing up. The backup camera monitor will receive a message that states contact the dealer for repair. This is similar to the same recall notice I received for my 2020 Ford Mustang GT, yet I have never received notification of a recall for the 2015 Ford Mustang GT. I reported this same issue to my Ford Dealer when I purchased my 2020 Ford Mustang GT. The lack of a back camera resulted in a collision in a parking lot while driving the 2015 Ford Mustang GT because the other driver was out of my line of sight while I was backing out of a parking space, resulting in a collision.
Backup camera doesn't work. Received a recall letter from Ford but when I brought the car in for repairs they checked it and got it working. Three days later it again stopped working. They said that even though I received a recall letter from Ford the backup camera is not covered by the recall.
With only 32,885 miles, engine light came on due to (P0456) EVAP small leak. Went to an auto shop and Ford dealer for diagnostic scan. Both technicians found that there is a bit of smoke coming out from the top of the fuel tank due to a small stress crack at the port near the canister vent hose as well as a small crack below fuel pressure sensor tube. New fuel tank replacement was recommended as the crack could not be repaired. Cost to fix is $1,400 parts and $1,200 labor. This small crack nears the fuel tank seems to be a major concern for owners as it could increase the risk of vehicle fire and should be a recall by Ford for immediate remedy.

This car has been in the shop and repaired almost every year since purchase for the same part/problem. The evaporator assembly has been completely replaced twice. The first time was 6 months after purchase and only 9000 miles on the car. The most recent time this part has went out, 11/23/2021, the cabin filled with smoke while I was driving. Smelled like a camp fire so I was concerned the car was on fire. I believe if I hadn’t pulled over, the car would’ve been engulfed in flames with me inside. This is a definite safety concern, and wonder why there has been no recall on this part. Especially if the car can actually catch fire. No check engine or warning lights appeared. Just a cabin full of smoke. Ford is now saying it’s the evaporator assembly, again, and it will cost $2600 to
Water has leaked into the cabin of the car from the passenger side window. The leak appears to have come from the corner of the window seal and made it's way into the cabin and creating a stand pool of water. Water pooled on the rear floor and made it's way up to the front of the passenger side. The vehicle sat over the weekend from 11/26/2019 to 11/31/2019. I was not with the vehicle during this time. I locked the doors and rolled up the windows knowing rain was in the forecast. The vehicle sat at my place of residence during said weekend.

“Charge system service now” came on the dash, battery lost power after about 10 seconds, screen went black, dash went black, car locked up, opened the hood and the engine was on fire, called 911 who came quickly and put the fire out without the entire car burning, insurance later total losses the car. I don’t know if it was the battery or the engine responsible for the failure, because the flames were on the engine and not the battery, but the incident was triggered by a battery warning. I was on the interstate driving 60mph when the car shut off and everything including my headlights and even hazard lights went black. Not only could I have been struck by a car on the interstate, I could have died in a car fire. Because the car locked up, I couldn’t open the trunk or use any electronics

Http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14267 vehicle exhibited the sound shown in the video. It took an independent shop to diagnose and find the problem to be shown in the transmission bellhousing of the mt82. Dealer finally heard the issue and service manager acknowledged it sounded from the trans, but now dealer is saying the problem isn't occurring. They have failed to follow my instructions on reproducing the issue. This could cause a severe transmission failure and loss of control but no attempts to remove the trans to inspect has been done. *tr

steering 1 complaint shown
At about 2000 miles I noticed the steering tending to pull to the left preventing the car from going straight down the road. It appears to happen on any road surface and was intermittent. The dealership suggested the mustangs steering is very sensitive and was responding to road conditions. They deflated the tires as well as conducting a diagnostic. As time passed the condition worsened and developed to the right as well as the left. In addition the car developed a clunk noise when the wheels were turned hard left or right, also intermittent. My dealer checked it out, saw the pulling to the right as the technician road with me, and completed an alignment. They were unable to reproduce the issue but I experienced it as I drove it off the lot following their "repair." it continues to happen
