TO CHECK IF THIS IS THE CASE, START THE ENGINE AND LET IT IDLE FOR 30 MINUTES WITH THE HEADLIGHTS TURNED ON. IF THE CONDENSATION IS GONE AFTER THAT TIME, IT WAS JUST NORMAL CONDENSATION, SO DONT REPLACE THE TAILLIGHT!
