At approximately 60,000 miles the vehicle had just been serviced and new tires were installed. We left the next morning for a vacation. About 100 miles down the limited access highway and traveling at 65 to 70 miles per hour the dash and information touch screen began flashing and a chime began repeating. The windshield wipers began operating at high speed. (it was clear, calm and about 65˚ f. Different messages began flashing: one said to stop and place the vehicle in park, another said to keep driving and not turn the engine off. When able to exit the highway the Jeep would only allow selection of drive or neutral. It would not allow reverse, which made it difficult to turn around. The vehicle did make it back 100 miles to the dealership but would not shift and lights fl

Purchased Jeep sept. 2015. Received notice of recall. Took in aug.2016. Never any problem until they updated it. Since then,it has went into park when trying to back up, when in n, refuses to go into park. After several attempts, finally does. Very concerned it will decide to jump into park when I'm on interstate going 65 MPH. Took it in again and they ckd it out and said nothing wrong. I'm not convinced, at all. Called dealer I leased it from. He said make sure you brake first before engaging. Well, I've been driving since I was 16, have never just put into any gear before braking. The whole situation is very annoying and concerning . Now what? *tr

The Active Head Restraint deployed without any known prior accidents and has been known to deploy unexpectedly while driving causing whiplash and neck injuries. The passenger AHR was deployed when I purchased it used from dealer. Having moderate to severe neck deterioration myself I am extremely concerned of it causing life threatening injury or death as it has been reported by other owners to deploy while driving down the road and hitting them in the back of the head "like a baseball bat to the back of the head" as one owner described.
Head restraint deployed without a rear end collision or any other moving event my wife was simply loading the dog into the car as it was sitting in parking lot at vet office.
The active head restraint system of the headrest deployed randomly while traveling down the road causing distraction and near accident. The driver of the vehicle was struck in the head but no injuries apparent. This happened to the drivers side head rest while traveling down the interstate at 80 mph.

The panel that holds in the knee airbags under the steering wheel came open for no reason and exposed the air bag. The vehicle was not involved in a crash and appears to be a manufacture workmanship issue.

My 2015 Jeep grand cherokee has 70,000 & the radiator is leaking. My dealer & local mechanic told me the radiator needed to be replaced. My dealer told me that they have had so many Jeep's in with the same radiator issues that they now keep the radiator in stock. It is going to cost $1100 to have the radiator replaced. If so many Jeep's are having the same issue why has a recall not been issued. I have never had a radiator fail in any of my vehicles before 100,000. Jeep should at least cover part of the cost.

I was easing our 2015 Jeep grand cherokee into a parking spot at a trail head parking lot with my foot on the brake pedal. I fully engaged the brake pedal to stop the vehicle, and the vehicle accelerated at full throttle over the top of a 2.5 ft by 2.5 ft cement block parking barrier. It dragged the cement block about 20-25 ft. I continued to press the brake and after about 40 ft, the vehicle came to a stop. I immediately turned the vehicle off. It was terrifying not to be in control of the vehicle. Fortunately, no one was injured. Damage to the vehicle is yet to be determined, but even if it is repaired, there is no way I would feel comfortable driving it again. This vehicle should be totaled and not resold to anyone else. I have been a loyal Jeep owner for over 20 years, but I am not sur

While driving my vehicle on the highway, the steering wheel locked up and it put itself into neutral. The abs system notification and another light was active and my jeep stated my vehicle was going too fast for the gear it was in. The abs breaking system bypassed the nss safety feature in my jeep causing me to go off the road as a I lost all control of the steering in my vehicle. Upon a check by the mechanic, I had faulty wiring in the wiring harness which they cannot replace because the part is no longer made. My jeep is only a 2015. I went off the road because there was poor weather - it was snowing out and my vehicle would not respond to any gear resulting in my turning the vehicle off. My jeep was towed to the dealership for diagnosis. I have not picked up my jeep yet due to the deale
