I had purchased a car through Facebook Marketplace after talking to the seller and seeing a CarFax report on the car we decided to purchase it. After coming home the following day I look closer at the documents and realized the CarFax did not match the VIN of the car I purchased. After looking up the CarFax with the VIN on the car I purchased I saw that the person who sold me the car had rolled back the odometer.

Tl* the contact owns a 2015 Mazda 3. While the vehicle was at the dealer for routine maintenance, the technician noticed fuel leaking from the vehicle. The technician stated that the vehicle was included in NHTSA campaign number: 15v621000 (fuel system, gasoline) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact was informed that the vehicle was unsafe to drive and would be kept until the recall remedy could be performed. The contact felt the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The approximate failure mileage was 2,000.
There is a sharp object in the rear of the drivers seat of this particular model/trim combination. It is directly below the layer of vinyl at the back of the seat. An accident where the person behind the driver was thrown into the drivers seat would result in this sharp protrusion to come trough the vinyl risking injury to that person. *tr
On 11/19 at approximately 4:00 pm traveling at about 20 MPH on a two lane street with no visible vehicles around a pop sound followed by glass rolling off the back of the vehicle occurred; a failure of the sunroof.
Bought new in 2015. Infomat system reboots 3 or 4 times when temperatures are below 40 degrees at start up in a unheated garage also while driving and cold engine light is still on. Took to dealer a couple times, and informed them of the problem while still warranted, all they did was reboot the system. Still doing it after 4 years. Very frustrating, but now it's on my dime. One time it went completely black, so I figured out how to reboot it.
My 2015 Mazda is equipped with a touch screen infotainment system. The touch screen has started to randomly change settings when the car is stopped (and running). Since correcting these changes can't be done while the car is stopped (more random changes occur), changes must be made while the car is in motion. This creates a dangerous situation by needlessly distracting the driver.
I was driving down a highway leaving work when I heard a loud bang, then noticed my sunroof had a large hole in it. I pulled over to inspect the damage and to see what could have hit me, there was no evidence of any impact- with barely any glass inside the car. The break looks like it exploded outwards.
Tl* the contact owns a 2015 Mazda 3. While driving at various speeds, the vehicle stalled and the check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the fuel tank kit, the gasket, the nut and the retainer were replaced, however the failure recurred. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 15v621000 (fuel system, gasoline) however, the part to do the repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 732. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
The contact owns a 2015 Mazda Mazda3. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V487000 (BACK OVER PREVENTION). However, the dealer refused to complete the recall repairs due to the vehicle having a Salvage Title. The contact stated that the rearview camera displayed a black screen while the vehicle was in reverse(R). The contact stated that the failure obstructed the driver's visibility, which prevented the driver from safely operating the vehicle. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and referred the contact back to the dealer. The vehicle remained unrepaired. The failure mileage was approximately 86,000.

The Mazda Connect touch screen in the center display may not accept touch commands properly or may operate by itself (ghost touch). The ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) film of the touch screen may be corroded due to moisture, which may adhere on the lens of the touch screen during the cleaning process at the plant. The corrosion may allow the electrostatic capacity to vary without any input, causing the malfunction of the touch screen.
When pushing start button all lights go on but car won't start. Stationary in drive way
Mazda call this “ghost touch” it happens when the screen starts to act up like crazy, jumping from different audio sources, Bluetooth lose connection, making unwanted phone calls. Almost like a ghost is touching the screen over and over again.
The "infotainment" system, which includes media, navigation, hands-free calling, and the backup camera function, frequently malfunctions. The system will either freeze, or it will execute button presses on its own. The result is that it will change audio selection, make hands free calls via the connected phone, etc. on its own with no driver interaction, which is distracting while driving and could and has caused hazardous driving conditions. While I am listing the most recent occurrence in this form, this has been occurring on nearly every drive for the last 2 years. This typically happens in stop-and-go traffic. The vehicle has a manual transmission and the movement in the center console caused by shifting may be causing loose electrical connections to be disturbed and contribute to

Transmission replaced at 100000 because of bearing in the transmission. Now transmission making the same noise of 111,000 miles after being replaced. Mazda was purchased at paul miller Mazda lexington kentucky. Transmission problem became noticeable while in motion it starts with a low noise and the air is the bearing gets used more and more from day to day uses he gets louder and louder specially at lower speeds from 10 to 60 miles an hour it's quite noticeable stops when the vehicle stops. Was informed by paul miller Mazda this was the only second issue they've had with transmissions and it was not a route fix without replacing the transmission. I purchased extended warranty at purchase of the Mazda and it's a good thing I did because now I'm on my second transmission with a 201
