There is a possibility that the lens on the tail lights was not welded sufficiently on the affected vehicles. As a result, moisture can seep in, causing the lens on the tail light to fog up from the inside. The functions of the tail light are not impaired due to the arrangement of the circuit board and lens in the tail light.
