2015 Eos· body
I was driving down the freeway at about 4:00 pm in the afternoon when my sunroof suddenly shattered. I was not near an overpass so nothing could have fallen on it. It was not an overly warm day so I don't think it was the heat. I can only conclude that it spontaneously exploded.
Replaced all four ABS wheel sensors. The sensors effected ABS system and all emergency equipment such as all airbags SRS dealer advised that that this has been an issue with all models in the vw line of products.(gunther vw of delray,florida(
The horn stopped working and the air bag icon warning light came on. The center console display is not working. My biggest concern is that of the Steering Wheel airbag not deploying in case of an accident. Told that there is a Clock Spring mechanism inside of the steering wheel…

In the event of a crash necessitating deployment of the driver's frontal air bag, the inflator could explode with metal fragments striking the vehicle occupants potentially resulting in serious injury or death.
Fix: Volkswagen will notify owners, and dealers will replace the driver's frontal air bag inflator with an alternative inflator, free of charge. The recall began March 4, 2019. Volkswagen owners may contact Volkswagen customer service at 1-800-893-5298; Audi owners may contact Audi at 1-800-253-2834. Volkswagen's number for this recall is 69S8 (Audi) and 69Y5 (Volkswagen).
If the vehicles do not meet all regulatory requirements, there could be an increased risk of a crash, fire, or injury.
