THE SEATBELT LATCH FOR THE REAR SEATS RETRACT INTO THE BODY OF THE CAR AND THEN CAN'T BE USED. THIS HAPPENED TWICE NOW AND EACH TIME A REAR SEAT OCCUPANT HAD TO RIDE WITHOUT A SEATBELT . THE LATCH LATER HAD TO BE RETRIEVED WITH A HOOKED WIRE AND NEEDLE NOSE PLIERS. OTHER VEHICLES HAVE A BUTTON IN THE BELT TO PREVENT IT FROM RETRACTING OR THE OPENING IN THE CAR BODY IS TOO SMALL TO ALLOW THE LATCH …
