The red dash airbag light began flashing continuously approximately 4 months ago. I took it to a neighborhood automobile repair shop where the problem was diagnosed. They explained that only a Nissan dealership could make the repair. I took the car to Reliable Nissan in Albuquerque, NM on October 1, 2024. I was told the parts (98856-9SE0A Controller Assy-Occupant Sensor, and 98853-3JACA Sen-Occupant) would need to be ordered with a dealer-provided ETA of October 17, 2024. I paid $752.77 for the parts ordered on October 1, 2024. I was called back to the dealership for the repairs and was told the wrong parts were shipped and that I would have to come back when the correct parts arrived. They had no ETA for the correct parts arrival. I have reached out to the dealership and the Nissa

My passenger airbag warning light stays on even if someone is sitting in the seat and my airbag warning light on dash stays on. I ve had diagnostics run on vehicle and there are no codes. They don’t know what to fix to clear the lights. I can’t get my car inspected with the lights on so now I can’t drive it. There is a recall on this specific thing but Nissan says not for my van. Reference #NTB16-054 CAMPAIGNID#: R1607 NHTSA # 16V-244 It specifically states 2013-2016 nv200

I was hit while driving by another vehicle going 65 miles per hour. He hit me on the passenger side. Upon impact, all the airbags exploded shattering in thousands of pieces hitting me like shrapnels in my eyes, face, hands, neck, lungs. I was temporarily blinded, so I hit another car. I spent 10 days in the hospital. I have problems in my lungs, my eyes, lost my teeth, and I am scared for life.

Rear a/c has zero flow therefore the back gets exceptionally hot

07/28/2018 22,000 mi ODI #11114345.0

The rear air conditioning evaporator fan design has no air filter so the evaporator vanes become clogged with dust and debride within a short time causing failure of the system and thousand of dollars in repair bills. On the internet there are hundreds of disatisfied owners but no unified voice to Nissan to do a recall on this engineering flaw to repair this obvious defect. We purchased the vehicle in march and had no use of the airconditioner then but when it heated up in denver we realized the rear air conditioner fans were not blowing hard enough to even be felt. On further reading I discovered this is a common problem for this vehicle.

Check engine light came on, diagnosed as catalytic converter failure. Local dealership advised to replace both converters at $2500. Nissan would not cover under warranty as it claims converters are covered under exhaust/emissions warranty at 50k miles. The vehicle is just under 100k miles.

While idling, the vehicle shutoff on it’s own and restarted. Then again while stopped at a red light and again while driving to a mechanic. No warnings or indications that this would happen. It put myself and children at risk because the roads are full of snow leaving us no place for us to pull over. Now the air pressure, windshield fluid and traction control lights are on, whereas they were not previously lit. I’m currently at an independent service center waiting for diagnosis. ***Update: The mechanic gave us the code which shows the crankshaft needs to be replaced.

The ac air flow in the back of the van is completely insufficient. The air coming out of the vents is cool, however the flow of air is so light/slow, the passengers in the back cannot feel it. Since the back windows do not open it becomes swelteringly hot. We worry about our children passing out/over heating back there. It's a safety concern for us, and many others. It does not improve even once the vehicle has been running for a while, and it does not improve even when the vehicle is moving.

The seat belts in the back do not always rewind when pulled all the way out to install child safety seats. So when you pull the belt out all the way to feed it through the safety seat, the belts do not retract. You have to go behind the seat into the mechanism and manually roll the belt back up. This is while the vehicle is parked.

1. On September 9, 2021, my 2016 NV 200 suddenly and unexpectedly broke down in Gila Bend AZ on a trip from the Bay Area to Austin to visit my grandchild. After refueling and pulling back onto the road towards the Interstate 8 on-ramp, the vehicle suddenly died. It was extremely difficult to steer it towards the side of the road and the ignition was inoperable. 2. I was unable to get the vehicle completely off the road and semi's were honking at me because I was dangerously in their path. There could easily have been a collision. I called 911 and the Arizona State Troopers pushed it all the way onto the shoulder. I then had it towed to the Tempe Nissan dealership 3. The problem was diagnosed by Tempe Nissan. It appeared that the cause of the breakdown was a blown fuel pump fuse. The
