THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING AND KEPT RUNNING WITH KEY TURNED OFF, AND THE KEY COULD NOT BE REMOVED EITHER. WE HAD TO PAY VW TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM AND WE FOUND OUT THAT IS NOT AN ISOLATED PROBLEM.
