IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THE ENGINE IS OFF/ON OR IN MOTION WHEN THE SEAT BELT IS BUCKLED THE SEAT BELT CHIME WILL GO ACTIVATE. THE PASSENGER SEAT BELT SENSOR IS MALFUNCTIONING. THE SEAT BELT SIGNAL GOES OFF RANDOMLY WHEN A PASSENGER IS RIDING WHILE WEARING THE SEAT BELT.
