12/20/21 Clear, 41 degree day, I got in my Acura RDX, closed the door and heard a very loud pop( I thought I had been shot at it was so loud). When I looked out my review window, I noticed the hole in the back windshield. The car was not on. I just closed the door. The whole back hatch windshield was shattered.

Independent shops typically charge around $350 for visibility repairs on this vehicle. Dealer pricing tends to run 20-40% higher. The exact figure depends on the specific failure mode, parts availability, and your local labor rates. If you're outside factory warranty, an extended service contract often covers this category.
