My car is at risk it has a powertrain and a w d failure when I am driving in the middle of the street or the expressway it stops in the middle of the expressway and loses power loses everything where me and my family could be at risk for a very serious accident leading to death in the middle of the highway or in the middle of the road as I am driving the car loses power and stops in the middle of the road. The manufacturer should be responsible for this because this is obviously something that needs to be fixed where it could be causing my death or my family's death while on the road. My car stops more than six times from the moment that I leave my house even as I am on the road it will literally stop 5 to 6 times losing power in the middle of the street that could cause a potential situa

My car drove fine up until the 12th. I hoped in my car to go get some medicine at target which is 8 minutes away from them. My car began to make really loud noises and my oil light came on. I knew it was within the time for me to get another routine oil change. I bought one quart of oil just to hold me over for two days. I started my car to go home and my engine light and oil light and maintenance light all came on and my car would not drive over 45mphs. When you would press the gas, it would stall for a second. Thursday, I went for my oil change and was turned away due to the sound of my car and also the man smelled my dipstick and gas was in my oil. I was told to immediately take my car to the shop. The car shop has had my car for about a week and half and reached out at first saying t

Oil flow light came on and I went to Walmart to have oil changed and to make sure oil filter was good. went to leave Walmart and oil flow light came on again. they took back in to take another look at it and could find anything noticeable. I was then told I should take it to a mechanic cause to him it seemed like the fuel pump wasn't flowing oil properly. I started home and while on the interstate I started smelling gas and the car started making a very loud whistling noise, like a teacup whistle. I was going 70mph and all of a sudden, the car jerked and quickly went to 30mph with all lights coming on. Had a tractor and trailer quickly coming upon me that had to serve to the next lane to keep from hitting me and almost hitting yet another car in that lane. Could get the car to get up past

When I drive this vehicle, sometimes it will lose all power even at 55 miles an hour. It comes up ...power reduced brake applied. I can't give it gas or anything. It lasts about 10 seconds.
My vehicle has 19,800 miles on it and is now facing 1100 in repairs for a fuel pressure sensor that has failed. The dealership, Lafayette Ford Lincoln of Lafayette, Indiana, claims this is a normal wear and tear item. Despite the fact that I have the Platinum extended coverage they say that it is normal for fuel system parts to fail with such little use. This is the third major item on this vehicle to need repair. I currently have a recall that the manufacturer has not contacted us for a solution and we had the thermostats go out at 15,000 miles. Nearly causing damage to the engine. When speaking to corporate service they say that these items are also wear and tear despite there being so little tear. In the platinum package brochure they make mention of "it being easier to say what is
Low engine oil pressure light came on and engine clanking noises occurred while I was traveling on the interstate. I immediately pulled the vehicle over to a safe location. Vehicle was towed to local Ford Dealership Service Center. Was told by the service manager that Ford has been having issue with oil pump not sending oil to the engine and that I would likely need a new engine. Due to backlog of service requests, Ford has not inspected my vehicle to verify the specific issue.

On the evening of 12/20/2023 suddenly the loss of engine oil pressure with an illuminated oil pressure warning lamp came on and the engine started knocking loudly. Then as we pulled out of traffic into a parking lot spot it died and would not restart. We were in heavy traffic and if we were not able to exit as quickly as we did our family would have been stranded and blocking in the heavy traffic. Was able to start it after it cooled but the engine continued to knock and within 1 minute the oil pressure warning lamp came on. We have not taken it to a repair shop as it is at 61k miles. I had to have it towed home and are currently in a out of pocket rental. It will have to be towed for any type of service.
