If the auxiliary battery system overheats, there is an increased risk of a fire within the cabin even if the ignition is off.
Fix: FCA US has notified owners, and dealers will properly secure the auxiliary battery fasteners, free of charge. The recall began March 15, 2019. Owners may contact Chrysler's customer service at 1-800-853-1403. The Chrysler number for this recall is V17.

Fix: Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the software, and perform a software flash on the engine or powertrain control module, free of charge. The recall began June 4, 2018. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Note: Owners are advised to stop using cruise control until the software update has been performed. In the event that cruise control cannot be disengaged while driving, owners should firmly and steadily apply the brakes and shift the transmission to neutral, placing the vehicle in park once it has stopped.

Instrument cluster comes on and off whenever it wants, leaves me in the dark without it while driving. Dealer states there’s nothing they can do except replace screen. This started after I had my truck serviced at a dealership and the dealer stated it was like this when they got it. Everything worked great until I had it serviced. Now it’s just dangerous to not have a dash that works.

Water (rain,car wash, etc) is leaking through the rear power sliding window and into the vehicle and damaging the interior (headliner, seats). This is a known issue by Ram/fca and they have not recalled them yet. This can be a safety issue when driving. I'm also concerned that if water sits inside of the liner can it cause mold to form? 2019 Ram with 12" screen developed electrical issues with 5100 miles. The screen and other electrical items will work fine in the accessory mode but as soon as you start the vehicle the screen goes black and a lot of electrical issues begin.
