2023 Jeep Gladiator owner complaints

My check engine light came on and I was told it set a code for a flash update . Dealership did the update and told me if the light came back on it was the fuel pump . Light came back on and I took it back immediately to dealership . They said perfectly safe to drive , it’s the fuel pump . My jeep truck only has 22,000 miles on it . Three days later I was driving home and the vehicle engine light was turned off by the dealership a second time and the fuel pump went out while I was driving with no light warning or nothing and my truck came to a sudden stop in the midst of me driving . Gas overflows when filling at gas station It has happened over 5 times. Nozzle is on the lowest setting Have been to the dealership twice to have it inspected I have video of it happening twice. The tank is usually 1/4 tank when filling. Safety hazard.

I have 2 Jeep gladiators and both are gasoline powered. The problem is the fuel nozzle cannot go fully into the receptacle to add gas. This causes the fuel nozzle to not sense when to click/stop the fuel coming from the gas station pump when the tank and filler hose of the Jeep are full. The result is that gasoline splashes out of the refueling receptacle and then both onto me and also down the side of the bed of the Gladiator on the drivers side where the fuel refill receptacle is located. I put a camera borescope into the fill nozzle and this obstruction can be seen in the attachment.

My vehicle was off and parked in my driveway, my dogs were alerting to something outside and I looked out to see the front end of my vehicle in flames, by the time the fire department got here, there was nothing left but a shell.

At 8100 miles whenever driving on interstate and hit an uneven patch of road, such as a bridge entry, exit, the wheels start vibrating heavily and requires decreasing speed to get under control. This vibration gets out of hand and creates an out of control feeling that requires sudden deceleration and this gets dangerous with traffic behind traveling at interstate speeds.

I purchased this vehicle April 2025 from Hollywood Motors LLC in Columbus OH. I noticed recently the vehicle had some frame damage after getting alignment, Also the airbag warning lights were coming on. Took the vehicle to a very reputable frame shop and they thoroughly investigated and found there that the drivers side frame rail i pushed back significantly. Also recently noticed the steering wheel adjustment is does not work. I purchased AS IS but I got confirmation in writing from dealer that he guarantees there is no frame damage and the vehicle is safe. This is false information and I would like to return the vehicle or dealer pays for it to be fixed.

While on a trip from South Texas to Northeast Texas on the interstate highway system we hit a moderate bump and the front wheels and steering wheel experienced a very violent vibration. The vibration would not stop until I slowed from 75 mph to approximately 35 mph. This happened to me twice in my Jeep JL Wrangler which I reported under complaint number 11685327. Since the three incidents I have looked into the issue on the internet and it is abuzz with Jeep owners and claims of a "death wobble" in the steering system. It appears there was a previous lawsuit in which the manufacturer was not found at fault but this problem persists based on the internet traffic I've seen and the number of products being offered, by after market companies, to correct this issue. Merging on to the Interstate when noticed all the gauges were not working. No speedometer, tach, information center completely black. Checked all fuses and nothing

On November 3rd, while driving on the interstate, we drove over some uneven pavement. The steering wheel and vehicle started shaking. After slowing down, the shaking disappeared. It then reappeared again after another rough patch of highway. This is the 3rd time it's happened while we've owned the vehicle. Dealer always downplays our concerns.

Headlights on new Jeep vehicles are terribly bright and poorly aimed so that they blind all oncoming traffic. There are many other newer vehicles with similar problems, but Jeeps seems to be the worst, along with Dodge Ram pickups. Please do something about getting laws passed to require proper aiming of headlights. The new HID and LED lights are obnoxious enough when they are aimed properly and there is a tiny change in elevation of the road. But if you drive down a flat country highway, you can easily see 1 out of 10 cars coming at you with much brighter lights than all the others. This should be illegal and those cars should be banned from the road until the problem is fixed.

At 5,700 miles on my 2023 Gladiator the drivers side rear brake caliper bolt fell out. This created a loud bangin inside the wheel and damaged the wheel as well. Upon stopping the caliper pivoted and lodged into the wheel not allowing me to back up.
