Repeated failures of electrical system of Wagoneer; vehicle towed to dealer who made some repairs, only for vehicle to fail again. Batteries fully replaced, issue got worse. Safety concern as vehicle will randomly not start even when traveling. Error messages with electrical shorts, failure of entertainment system.

My air conditioning first went out in 2024 in 105 degree weather with a 3 month old baby, the dealer found the issue and fixed it. Then it went out again recently in the same type of weather and now since I am out of my warranty they are trying to charge me for the same issue, this is definitely a hazard to my health and the health of my children being that the weather can’t afford anyone with no AC. Plus they are refusing to see this as a manufacturer issue, when obviously it is. So I am complaining because this is definitely an electrical issue that could lead to other problems and the manufacturer needs to take responsibility and issue the recall because I am not the only consumer experiencing these issues. The faulty AC could lead to a fire or other serious issues that possibly cause i

Speedometer read zero while driving on the interstate and RPMs felt as if they were off. New electrical cluster and new battery by Jeep have already been replaced claiming it would resolve this issue.

After very minor accident the car crash symbol and the car in lane symbol came on and will not turn off. Took to dealer and they said there was no update to correct the problem. Feel unsafe in a car that should be safe since it's new. And has error message of limited functionality.

The vehicle was bought June 2023, starting September 2023 we have had continual electrical problems. The blind spot warning system constantly activates and takes over. The automatic braking system randomly activates for no reason. The car will go into full braking and stop. This will happen at all speeds to include highway speeds. Now I am getting check engine lights and the code changes every time the light activates. When we take it to the dealership for service all we get is "we can't replicate the issue" and nothing is fixed. I ran a Car Fax and found that instead of coding the problem that it was brought in for, Jeep has coded it as maintenance inspection or electrical system checked. This is even when modules, radios or electrical systems have been replaced. I have a feeling that J

When starting the vehicle, the instrument panel cluster freezes on the start screen, eliminating the ability to see fuel level, speed, engine temperature. This has been reported to the dealership and examined by them. Although this was reported months ago, there has been no communication from the dealership. The dealer indicated that I am not alone in having this issue. Thankfully, it has always reset to date, but it is not safe to drive when in this configuration. There are no warnings before it happens. There is no pattern as to when it happens.

Driving on 129 in hamilton ohio at 6 am I hit debri in the road wrapped in black plastic I didn’t see it until it was too late. It was dark outside.911 operator knew it was there but didn’t have police there with lights on to let drivers know. It was in both lanes on my side of road I hit it and tore up the front end. I still dont know what I hit and haven’t heard back from police others hit it too. This was a rental car I was driving. Is there a way I can get reimbursed for the damages I had to report to my insurance since the police knew it was In the road and didn’t not have anyone marking it?

This incident occurred today when I was on the slower lane and moved to the left lane in order to accelerate. The transmission didn't respond to my acceleration as a result the gear wouldn't shift to higher level and my vehicle remained stuck at the lower level. This could have been catastrophic to my family if there traffic was moving faster but because of slow moving traffic I was able to pull it over the shoulder and put it in neutral and then was able to drive. I haven't shown this issue to the dealer yet. I have checked about this problem online and multiple people have reported the same issue and dealership couldn't fix it. It happens when I have to accelerate from a 10 miles per hour to a higher speed. No, th vehicle hasn't been inspected by police or insurance or manufacturer. No f

Driving vehicle with no vehicles within 100 yards directly in front of vehicle and with 1 car in the lane to vehicles right on a 2-lane road. Vehicle on the right was about 30-40 car lengths ahead of my own vehicle. The collision detection system and emergency braking system sounded off, lit up the dash panel stating BREAK, and then applied the brakes while going 50 mph with drivers behind me. The driver behind me had to swerve onto the left median to avoid colliding with my vehicle. The obvious issue here is that no vehicle was within any distance that should have triggered my collision avoidance system, but yet it went off unexpectedly and almost caused the person behind me to wreck their vehicle into mine. No check engine light or other service lights were on at the time of this event o

For the past five months, the vehicle has stalled nearly every other day, including while backing out of driveways or parking spaces and when slowing to stop. Each time, the engine suddenly shuts off without warning, the transmission automatically shifts into Park, and the emergency brake engages. An engine warning light appears with a “battery fault” message. The repeated engine shutdowns and automatic braking create a serious safety risk, particularly when backing into traffic or stopping at intersections. In several instances, the vehicle would not restart for several minutes, leaving it disabled in the roadway. The vehicle has been taken twice to the authorized Jeep dealership in Stonecrest, Georgia, but the service department was unable to reproduce or correct the issue. The problem

The Wagoneer with 20,000 miles very suddenly started to overheat, then quickly redlined on the dash board. Car shut down at dark night intersection. Needed to be towed to dealer. Dealer diagnosed that the ENGINE needs to be replaced. WTF. Waiting for Jeep Claims rep to contact me. Case # 94698805. No word on ETA of replacement engine. Expecting a long term rental car. NOT HAPPY I'm financing at $800 per month car in shop for who knows how long. Dealer claims they have 2 other Wagoneers on the lot with same engine verdict. Is there a BUY BACK policy available? lol.

On the highway and interstate highway, during stop in stop-and-go traffic, the vehicle randomly automatically shifts into park and apply the parking brakes when attempting to accelerate from standstill. This only happens when you try to move again after stopping, and the vehicle is shifted into park in the most inopportune times. It requires you not only to shift it back to drive with your right hand, and reaching under the dash with your left hand to release the parking brake. When task saturated during an emergency it is highly likely to cause an accident, such as turning left onto a divided country highway while the car is temporally stopped between the two highways. No dealership involvement yet. This occurs randomly, and I have not been able to find a way to replicate it at w

The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer. The contact stated that on several occasions, while driving at various speeds and continuing to accelerate, the RPM failed to respond as needed. Additionally, while slowing down the RPM failed to lower. The contact stated that the check engine warning light illuminated, or the message to check the user manual for proper oil and fuel usage was displayed. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where it was diagnosed, and determined that a system update was needed. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure reoccurred within several months. Additionally, the contact stated that while driving on several occasions at various speeds, the entire instrument cluster became inoperable, with the speedometer remaining at 0 MPH, or the message to "Depress Brake Pedal t

The component that failed was the thermostat. This failure caused my engine temperature to spike abruptly as I was driving. My safety and my children's safety were put at risk by creating no engine power, undriveable, and was almost hit by cars due to sudden slow down to decrease engine temperature to prevent from over heating. The problem is being reproduced by Five Star Dodge dealership in Milledgeville, GA and being inspected by their mechanics. There were no warning lamps, messages or other symptoms whatsoever of the problem prior to failure. The failure was immediate which again put my children and I in harms way. This recall is reported on thousands of other 2022-2023 Jeep Wagoneers yet no recall on my vehicle. That recall needs to expand to probably thousands more Wagoneers that are

My 2023 Jeep Wagoneer L has a serious defect. While making a normal adjustment to the rearview mirror, the entire mirror assembly broke off the windshield and pulled pieces of the glass with it. There was no impact, no accident, and no excessive force—this happened during a routine adjustment while parked. The mount clearly failed, not the driver. This leaves the mirror unusable, damages the windshield, and creates a safety hazard. I’ve since discovered that other Wagoneer owners are reporting the same issue. I’m requesting warranty or goodwill coverage for repair/replacement, as this is a factory defect in the mirror mount or adhesive, not typical glass damage.

Our problems started with getting a message that said "check user manual for proper fuel and oil" when we accelerated. We just thought that was a warning sign, discussed this with the car dealership, and we were indeed using the correct fuel. When on the interstate going 70mph the car started rocking back and forth with the check engine light turned on. Took it to the dealership and they said it was computer updates, whichever helped for a couple months and then we continued to get the same message. Throughout our entire year and a 1/2 having the car, our tailgate has managed to fail four times now.The trunk has opened while driving, having stuff fall on the highway. We have gotten stuck places with the trunk not being able to shut. While driving on the highway, the power steering light tu
