After filling my tank of gas (not overfilling), and parking the car overnight in the cold. I have gas that leaks out of my gas tank onto my garage floor. I reported this to the Dealership where I purchased on Feb 20, 2023 with photos. I have the car at Toyota Muscatine today 12/12/23 and they have been unable to replicate and are not sure what to fix since there is no current recall notice. I've sent both places photos now.
My 2023 Camry has 'floormat-hold-down-clips' on the drivers side only. The passenger side has none and without them it allows the mat to roll up. Aside from being annoying, it is also a tripping hazard. My wife and I are both in our mid seventies and broken bones are a real concern. I contacted Toyota customer service and their solution was NOT to anchor the loose floor mat down but to give me a replacement mat ----fixing nothing.
After coming to a complete stop the throttle does not respond when it is time to move off. After pressing the gas pedal the car will not move forward and the motor does not respond as if it is getting any signal to move off. This happens intermittently and the dealership was not able to recreate after first reporting this issue. No warning indicators present the past 8 times this as occurred.
The smart stop system, the vehicle stability control system, the electrical power steering system, the blind spot monitoring system, the secondary collision brake system, and the lane keeping assistance all malfunctioned while traveling home one night. My made a really loud continuous beeping sound as I was driving the vehicle sensed it was departing its lane and the lane keeping assistance over steered left. This caused my vehicle to scrape the curb, causing cosmetic damage, mess up the wheel alignment , and crack front drivers side rim, because I physically tried to turn away to prevent any impact with the curb. I also had this vehicle stop in the middle of the road MULTIPLE TIMES DETECTING an object or obstruction was in the road when nothing was there! This almost caused rear end colli

The windshield has a haze that appears to reduce visibility when it’s raining. I have also noticed little cracks in the windshield with no known incidents of debris hitting the windshield. I’ve only had this vehicle for 3 months
The contact owns a 2023 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, there was an abnormal mildew odor inside the cabin of the vehicle. The contact later discovered that the front passenger’s side carpet was wet from rainwater coming from the undercarriage of the vehicle. The carpets were replaced. The cause of the failure was unknown. The contact indicated that the front windshield glass had cracked on several occasions, although no objects had struck the windshield. Additionally, the Lane Departure feature had become inoperable. The cause of the failures was not yet determined. The local dealer was notified of the failures. The failure mileage was 8,000. The windshield wipers go wayyyyy to slow for heavy rain. I live in Florida so the rain is basically unpredictable. The wipers on the highest setting possible is medium to light speed to other cars. It is very dangerous in rain at all. I don’t feel safe driving in any kind of rain with how slow the wipers are because of the almost no visibility of the road. There are many others that I have reached out that are having the same issue and have been for years. Please get this recalled and fixed!! Let’s keep people safer when driving in the rain.

On multiple occasion's the vehicle takes longer than usual to start and it suddenly starts misfiring and running poorly when I'm driving it. At one point I was turning into a busy intersection and I thought the vehicle was going to stall. I have taken the vehicle to the dealership and they have confirmed there is problem with the fuel injectors. When the vehicle runs poorly, multiple warning lights appear on the dash and several of the safety systems are disabled. The vehicle is presently at the dealership for repairs, it only has 11,000 miles on it.
Fuel Injector failed, causing the engine to run extremely rich, misfire, and cause severe drivability issues. Issue occurred just outside vehicle base warranty. Problem was verified and confirmed by vehicle dealership. MIL was illuminated when drivability issue and malfunction started.

The infotainment screen will randomly turn off while driving. The entire screen goes completely black and sometimes stays that way for several minutes. Up to 13 minutes with no way to display GPS information.

The contact stated that while stopped at the red traffic light with her disabled daughter sitting in the rear driver's side seat, the vehicle lurched forward abruptly and hit the rear of another occupied vehicle. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the front end of the vehicle was damaged. The front driver's side and front passenger's side air bags, and unknown rear air bags exploded while deploying. Additionally, there was smoke coming from the steering wheel and the steering wheel was significantly hot. The contact stated that both her and her disabled daughter were unable to exit the vehicle because the air bags were obstructing. A bystander assisted the contact and her daughter out of the vehicle. The contact owns a 2023 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 25 MPH, the brake pedal was depressed and extended to the floor while depressed. Additionally, the engine started to rev before the vehicle momentarily experienced unintended acceleration. The contact stated that the failure occurred for approximately 25 seconds before the brake pedal and engine operated normally. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 6,000.

The 8 speed transmission sometimes hard shifts to a different gear randomly. Happened total of 4 times while cruising. During Low speed, when press the gas let go and gas immediately again causes the car to jerk and the transmission shifts hard in stop and go traffic. The transmission also making the engine rpm fluctuate when applying gas every time. rpm would go up then drops back down when gas is applied. All this happened with in the time ive owned it. Had the dealer check it out. But the technician said there isn't anything wrong with it. But the jerky transmission says otherwise. also the car hunts for gears when using cruise control. Thats a problem because it cant figure out what gear it wants to be in. It would continue until i turn off adaptive cruise control. I happens a few time

Excess vibration when braking, I took the car into the Toyota dealership they inspected the vehicle and said the front rotors are warped. The presumed cause are the brakes overheating. I drive this vehicle 80 miles a day one way at freeway speeds. Very little stop and go traffic. My concern this has been present since about 20,000 miles . I am currently at 28,000 miles. Toyota customer service said there is no warrantee and this is normal operating conditions. I am very familiar with cars and this is unsafe. My concern is it is getting progressively worse and know the kind of driving I do there is likely a vehicle has inferior parts or the vehicle braking system is not adequate.
