BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2024 BMW 430i convertible vehicles

An oil leak in the presence of an ignition source, such as a hot engine or exhaust components, can increase the risk of a fire.

Fix: Dealers will inspect and replace the cylinder head cover as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 14, 2024. Owners may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417.
