The contact owns a 2025 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that while attempting to switch lanes, the blind spot indicator on the passenger’s side mirror failed to illuminate to signal a nearby vehicle or object. The failure occurred intermittently. The vehicle was taken to the dealer four times; however, the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The mirror was replaced; however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and informed the contact that the mirror was designed for the sensor to activate within a certain proximity, and if the vehicle or object was not within that range, the driver would not receive a signal. The contact was referred to the dealer, who confirmed that the indicator was working intermittently. The failure mileage was un

Super Cruise system malfunctioned and is available for inspection. The vehicle came close to colliding with a guardrail as explained below. Since I believe the issue is not with the vehicle itself, but with Road Information used by Super Cruise, I have reported this to GM Customer Service but not to a dealer. Monday August 25, 2025 Canada – Nova Scotia and New Brunswick While driving on Super Cruise (SC) at 75 MPH in the right lane of a 4 lane freeway (2 lanes each direction), three times the vehicle attempted to enter a non-existent right lane, driving onto the right shoulder and heading for a guardrail. In each case SC warned me of the lane change with normal alerts of seat vibration, right turn signal activation and the DIC display showing an image of a right lane, in green, indicating

There is no manual door unlock for the driver or front passenger. I’ve contacted Buick and the dealership and they have verified in the event of an electrical failure or fire there is no way to unlock the front doors to exit the vehicle.
as someone who has been in the car business his entire life, the below TSB is utter bullshit. My 2025 enclave with 3400 miles on it had a catastrophic and copious amount of transmission fluid. on my tile floor in my garage and all over my driveway a minimum of 5 to 7 quarts.. had my wife been driving the car with my grandchildren as a guarantee it would’ve locked the transmission up and evacuated all the oil as it is on the high-pressure side of the pump. Based on my knowledge of recalls, this should be a stop sale and a recall, not a TSB why have they been given a pass on this? https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11014291-0001.pdf
The brakes make a squealing noise when backing up and this has been reported on many 2025 enclaves. There is also a repeated clicking noise after turning the vehicle off.
I was driving on the interstate and the car just shut off. I was on the left lane and cars were honking and tailing me as I was trying to get off. I could not get off on the left and had to drift across to the right side. Thank God it was downhill. I drifted to the exit and went off onto the grass. My safety was at risk to the fullest. I am very lucky I was not killed as well as my sister! It was the most frightening experience. The car was towed to Pensacola Step one dealership. The manager of service says it needs a new engine. The car is only 6 months old! No warnings until it shut off, the gas peddle didn't work and I don't remember what it said I was a wreck.

Brake pedal went to the floor 1 time when starting vehicle at approximately 400 miles.
Driving down the street after a short trip this morning with no one on the road in front of us the vehicle had an alert like we were about to impact someone and braked pretty hard 2x back to back with the collision alert popping up. The person behind us had to slam on their brakes and BARELY avoid hitting us. There was NOTHING in front of us. This vehicle is dangerous to everyone around us and should be taken off the road.

I was driving and a variety of failure warnings popped up on my screen along with a total brake failure, unable to stop, had to coast until the vehicle was no longer moving. No accident resulted, but it could have been very serious. Mechanics diagnosed it as a loose battery cable.
The Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) system activates unexpectedly and dangerously. Incident 1 5/7/2026: While driving approximately 2 mph in a drive-thru and rounding a curve, the vehicle suddenly applied full braking without warning. The braking force was severe enough that I struck my face on the steering wheel and my child was thrown forward in a secured car seat. Incident 2 5/19/2026: While merging onto a busy road behind a semi truck, the vehicle again applied sudden hard braking after I safely merged. This caused the vehicle behind me to nearly rear-end me, creating a high-risk traffic situation. These events occurred with no obstacle or reason that would justify emergency braking. In addition, the vehicle developed a coolant leak around 20,000 miles, raising concerns about overall
The contact owns a 2025 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the cruise control mode became inoperable, and the vehicle unexpectedly shut off. The contact also stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, messages related to the braking system, forward collision system and the ABS were displayed. Additionally, the ABS was inoperable during inclement weather, and the vehicle became unsafe to drive. The contact pulled over to the side of the road because children were also inside the vehicle. The contact’s husband then drove the vehicle to the dealer, where the failure was duplicated, and several diagnostic trouble codes were retrieved. The dealer informed the contact that the failure was a known issue and that several technical service bulletin

I wanted to update a previous report. The vehicle had had some odd electrical issues. The brakes ended up failing while driving but no electrical issues at the time proceeding it. What I wasn't able to report before was that the brake pedal sunk to the floor with no effort to stop the vehicle at all. The emergency brake is a button on the left side of the vehicle which was attempted to be engaged to stop. It made no effort to stop whatsoever. The vehicle is a danger to society. I just got it back from the dealership and they made an update to the computer or console but replaced no parts. These all need to be recalled no one should be driving these.
Completely lost all power brakes while on the road today. Owned it for about 11 months. Looking like the master cylinder. We've been having random electrical issues when we're cranking it up. Weird sound coming from the dash when the AC is on on occasion. Like the car wasn't fully kicking over even though the engine was running. Sometimes turning it off and turning it back on would make it work.
The wireless charging tray on my Enclave gets the phone very hot. It gets so hot that my phone shuts down. This happens with Pixel, Samsung and Apple devices. There are several reports on the web regarding this issue. I even tried to charge my phone without a case same issue. This is a concern because it can cause a vehicle fire. The batter gets so hot that it can easily catch on fire

What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? The engine and/or powertrain system catastrophically failed while the vehicle was in motion on the freeway. The vehicle lost power, shut down, and became disabled. The vehicle is currently in the possession of the Buick dealership and is available for inspection upon request. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? The failure occurred while driving my husband and children in fast-moving freeway traffic. The vehicle suddenly lost power and shut down, forcing us to coast to the shoulder while traffic was moving around us. This created an extremely dangerous situation that could have resulted in a serious crash, injuries, or fatalities to my family and other motorists. Has

Driving at 30mph and all the dashboard lights turned on and all the warnings kept popping on the dashboard and 30 seconds later the brakes were not working when I was approaching a busy intersection. I was able to pump the brakes and stop the vehicle and put it in park and the vehicle shut off and nothing would work - not even the hazard lights. The vehicle is currently at the dealership being assessed.
