Incorrect head restraint information may lead to improperly adjusted head restraints, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.

Fix: GM will mail owner's manual inserts with the correct illustrations and descriptions for rear outboard head restraints, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 30, 2025.
