Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's numbers for this recall are B4C and B8C. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall became searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning December 4, 2025.

Instrument cluster would not turn on in the truck. I turned truck off 2 times and would not power on. I was unable to tell Speed, Fuel level, DEF level or any warning indicator that would have pop up if there was an issue with the truck. Once I made it to my destination came back 15 minutes later the cluster started working again.
