Without a header we read them in that order — VIN, stock number, price, mileage. Copying straight out of Excel or Google Sheets works either way:

Stock #, price and mileage are all optional — anything you leave out you can type on the next screen. Recognised header names include stock, stock #, stk, price, asking price, mileage, miles and odometer.
