2005 Hummer h2 - windshield wiper not functioning properly. Seems to be a defect with wiper module. *tr
My 2005 h2 Hummer speedometer gets stuck ,I have seen over the past week that it gets stuck every day and I cant tell how fast im going this is a safety issue and I have looked on the web and have seen other complaints for the same reason. *tr
The windshield wipers on the vehicle will at first work intermittently, going on and off at their own will. Then the windshield washer pump will turn on without warning, discharging all the washer fluid onto the windshield. The pump will continue to pump, even with the vehicle turned off. This can only be remedied with the disconnection of the battery. The wipers will then not work. This can occur at any moment, being very dangerous. *tr
Starting in october 2013 my speedometer has not functioned properly. It does not display the correct speed no matter how fast or slow you are going. It is either stuck at 0 or bottoms out over 120. I have no idea how fast I am driving unless I use my portable GPS that shows speed. If it wasn't for my GPS then I could get into an accident or get a ticket because I would not know how fast I am going. This is a manufacture defect as I am not the only Hummer owner with this issue. Gm needs to fix this problem asap. *tr

Air bag control module nla OEM 12249649. After a rain I started up my parked vehicle the service air bag listed in the driver information center as well as the red warning lamp turn and stayed on I am the original owner and have never been in any crash. Took to both gm dealer and independent shop with the same response of a replacement was not available. In my research I have found the same issue with other 2005 owners and have contacted the gm help line (case number 8-2560253832) to no avail. My local gm dealer tried several leads but were all dead ends. Previous years of this same model vehicle have this component available but will not fit the 2005 year model as I am told.

Vehicle had a bent rim that came directly from the manufacturer. Consumer took the vehicle to the dealer, and was informed that because the rim was bent it was causing the tire to go flat. Consumer left the vehicle at the dealer for two weeks, and was informed that the manufacturer was not taking responsibility for the defect. While driving with this defect vehicle jerked to the right, knocking down a mailbox. While the vehicle was at the body shop the tire had to be inflated each time the vehicle had to be moved. Owner was also told that the rim was bowed by the manufacturer which could not be repaired. It would have to be replaced. *ak
powertrain 1 complaint shown
2005 h2, purchased 10/2004 there is a noise that cannot be located and repaired. Sewell Cadillac, dallas, texas replaced the front differential (it had metal shavings in it), replaced rear springs observing they were over extended, bubbled and warped. The car in two separate repair tickets has been in the shop 7 days each time for a total of 14 days. Is doesn't appear this problem can be found or fixed. There is a "dragging" noise upon acceleration between 20 - 40 MPH. It is very uncomfortable hearing this noise. My neighbor had her wheel come off of her 2003 h2. I was required to fill a blank so I chose power train only because it seems closest to what it might be, I'm not sure. Sewell keeps trying to fix the problem, just unsuccessfully.*ak

My vehicle's warranty which I purchased separately had just expired but I still went back to dealer as the noise I had reported to them under warranty was now more apparent. Turns out it was due to broken off exhaust header bolts.now I am out of warranty, dealership will not fix. I have 1 broken on drivers side and 3 on passenger side. Now my check engine light is on showing an oxygen sensor failure or catalytic converter. After researching the internet this problem is affecting thousands of people. Something needs to be addressed !! *tr

I started my vehicle 4 days ago and the speedometer and gauges were frozen and did not operate at all. I drove to the store and the gauge remained at 0 the entire time. When you accelerate the speedometer does not move from 0 MPH. I turned the vehicle off and turned it back on and there was no change. Yesterday when I started the vehicle the gauge would only move between 30-50 MPH. Today when I started the vehicle it is frozen at 120 MPH and the khm(?) does not move past 1.when I accelerate neither of the two gauges are functioning. I have yet to repair it bc it has happened just a few days ago but I was told that I am looking at a very large repair cost to replace the entire dashboard cluster. The same thing happened in my 2003 model and I sold the vehicle. As well the rear suspension is
