THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SUNVISOR WAS MADE WITH A DEFECTIVE PLASTIC ASSEMBLY AND WHEN DRIVING OVER A ROAD BUMP, THE SUNVISOR WOULD FALL AND BLOCK THE CONTACT'S VIEW OF THE ROADWAY.
