Takata recall. I received this recall notice yesterday, I have spoken to my Ford dealership, and to Ford customer relationship and received the same response. That the parts are on back order till spring and they are sorry. I am being inconvenienced, I have a family, I can not go without putting someone in the passenger seat. I have no other way to transport my family, and Ford doesn't care about my family needs. If I am inconvenience by this Ford issue, then I want to be compensated.

Takata recall. Dealership and Ford motor company have no information on availability of the replacement air bags, or, at least they say the have no information. Yet Chrysler corporation advertises that they have replacement air bags and want their customers to make appointments to get the replacement completed. This tells me that the bags are available and Ford's claims should be investigated.

"takata recall" - recall was june 2016 and keep calling Ford and still cannot fix it. They can build new cars and make money but not fix a very bad problem of cars they already made money on, which is not right. They should be help accountable to do a fix that's dangerous than bringing new cars off their assembly line!!!!

Takata recall. I received a recall notice from Ford on march 17, 2017 describing an "issue" regarding potential metal fragments in the airbags. I tried to get the airbags replaced in cleveland, at liberty Ford. We moved to hilton head in the spring of 2017 and I have since tried to get the airbags replaced, on november 6, 2017 at o.c. Welch Ford in hardeeville, sc. Neither dealerships will replace the airbags because they state the replacement airbags are "not available" and that Ford will send me a letter advising me when parts are available. Part of the problem may be that I did not buy my 2009 Ford edge at a dealership. I bought it while I was stationed in landstuhl, germany with the navy. I bought it through overseas military sales and picked the car up at a dealership in parma oh afte

"takata recall" I have been calling since june to get my car repaired. I was given a case number and then never contacted. I have called the 2 dealerships in colorado springs and was told they would get me in a rental car and yet they never have. I have called them every week and continue to get the same response stating they are working on it. I have called Ford motor since june as well and get the exact same response. The airbag light on the vehicle is now on and I have a child that I will not put in this car as it has a recall on it. I have told the dealership about the light and they stated they will contact me when a rental is available.
