On september 29, 2014, I was involved in a mva. A lady failed to yield at the stop sign and I t-boned her as I proceeding through the intersection. The impact total my vehicle completely but none of my airbags deployed. There were no serious injuries from the accident but this has made me hesitant about purchasing any Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep vehicles. I was told by my attorney that since there weren't any major catastrophe's an investigation into the airbags would cost to much money for the firm. I want people to see how invaluable their lives are when we spend our money on manufacturers products. A person has to loose a limb or die in order for an attorney to do what they are getting paid for. *tr

On november 09, 2010 I purchased a 2010 chyrsler 300c with a hemi. On the same day I bought the vehicle the driver memory seat would not return to position when the vehicle is shut off. This was an intermittent problem. On november 10,2010 I returned to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased and complained of the problem. I have now had the vehicle to dealer on three separate occasions. Repair orders states vehicle is working as designed, shut car off first then open door. If door is opened first, will not work and the third repair order states duplicated by two employees of dealership. Vehicle was checked against stock units they all perform the same every 7th to 8th time - the seat does not return for easy exit. I was also informed there was a bulletin for this problem and it h

I was backed out of my driveway and proceeded down the street when the ABS and ESC light both came on at the same time. I saw on the internet that this same defect was in 2011 and 2012 cars and they were being repaired. I was told by Chrysler that this would not cover my car even though the risk is the same. *tr

Vehicle was purchased from carmax. The next day after purchase I experienced jolts with accelerating or coming to a stop. It seem to worsen when the temperatures were about 30 degrees. By warming the car it would alleviate some of the problem, but still occurred. Took it to the dealership at least three times, they claim to find no issue. Once they did a PCM/TCM software update, but it did not correct the problem. I even informed to check the converter, but Chrysler failed to do it. Now here we are and the temperatures are dropping the problems is happening more frequently. It is obvious that there is some sort of transmission problem that Chrysler is failing to admit. I will be taking it to the dealership again since the problem is happening. The car only have about 35000 miles on it. My
