While doing an oil change on my car, I found that the power steering hose was leaking where the hose is crimped to the hard line. After some online searching I found recall 10v475000 related to this same issue with other Chrysler vehicles. According to the recall, Chrysler does not include the build date of my vehicle. I don't understand how my vehicle, which was built only a few months prior to the recall, would not be covered when the issue occurring with my vehicle is identical to the recall. Power steering lines on a 3 year old car should not fail this early. *tr

Car shut off going 65mph on highway with no warning. Would not start again. Towed to local dealership and it took 3 weeks of them not knowing what was wrong after I suggested timing chain several times. They said I needed a new batter, charged me $230 for a battery I did not need . Finally they realized 6 out of 8 heads were bent and timing chain broke. Now when I let off the accelerator it sounds like 10 speed bicycle when peddling backwards. I am scare to take it back since it took 5 weeks last time.

I was coming home from work and my 2010 Dodge challenger suddenly cut off. I was going approximately 63 MPH and lost all power, I had to coast to the side of the highway. The vehicle was towed to the dealership where the car was purchased. The service dept notified me that my timing chain broke. The engine is pretty much shot, I have been looking at a lot of Dodge forums and this has been happening quite often. *tr

I used my remote start to warm-up my 2010 challenger rt. I left for work and traveled at 20 MPH in my subdivision. I arrived at intersection to make at turn onto a 45 MPH street and traveled about 1 mile to light stopped and made a right turn onto another 45 MPH street (4 lanes). As I increased speed to 45 limit I felt the gas pedal pull away from my foot and the car began to quickly speed up. I tapped the accelerator and then the brake thinking that the pedal was stuck due to cold weather 18 degrees. It just kept increasing in speed. I immediately shifted into neutral to take torque off the drive train. I let it coast into the next side street and put it into park. The engine was idling at 4000 RPM. I shut it off and restarted it and it immediately jumped back up to 4000 RPM. I had to mo

Car has stalled several times while driving above 60 MPH. Seems like loses power and fuel pump shuts off. Had to pull over and restarts with no issues. Kind of dangerous when you lose power to brakes and steering too.
