Stephanie from a regional office called and basically tried to low ball me by offering $500 reimbursement. Below is a forum link for the known issue of the steering lock. Other customers were offered a full reimbursement but for some reason I am not. This is after I bought the car brand new and have been a loyal customer ever since. I therefore would like a full reimbursement. I feel that this is only

First problem-excesive oil leak coming from u joint drive shaft, after 3/4 complaints, I took pictures and the they were forced to replace the drive shaft. Second problem -vehicle won't start at times and if starts- cranks, check engine light came on several times. Early in 2015 my clutch started sticking when the weather got colder and after doing research I found that this was a common issue with the csc seal gong bad. I even told Nissan that it was bad took it in for service and the only thing they did was put in the same type of clutch fluid used in the gtr, after getting the car back and driving for a week the clutch started to stick again and I once again told them it was the csc seal that was going bad and they finally took the clutch apart to see what I was saying was correct and they replaced it with the stock csc that Nissan uses knowing that failure again was possible. Well here it is less than a year later and I am having the same issues with the clutch either sticking or going all the way to the floor now that the temperature is dropping
Csc (clutch pressure) is failing. Many 370z drivers are having this issue
The car will not move the clutch pedal went to the floor and would not come up or engage. I was stuck in city traffic. I checked the fluid level and it was low but not before the minimum line. I believe I have a leak in the internal slave cylinder which is located inside the bell housing.

My Nissan 370z is out of commission for a confirmed escl failure - a known recall part!!! Nissan refuses to help me in anyway. The vehicle would not start, I was told it had to be taken to a dealer before they would do anything to help me. I had it towed 35miles out of pocket. The technicians confirmed the escl failure. Nissan consumer affairs refused to do anything for me at all.
