Dashboard cracked next to the corner of the passenger side airbag cover. Noticed when I got in tahoe which is garage kept in the northeast.
There are multiple cracks in the dashboard making it a safety hazard in the event of an airbag deployment there could be hazardous debris. When the vehicle is in motion the dash rattles and can be very loud. Secondarily there is also an issue with the fuel tank. The pump constantly stops itself not allowing you to put gas in the vehicle. We have tried different gas stations to see if the issue is isolated and this is not the case. No matter which gas station you choose the vehicle will stop the pump after a gallon or two.
The dashboard in my 2011 Chevy tahoe began cracking at approxmately 70k miles. In the event of a crash I'm concerned for my family's safefty as the dashboard continues to crack in a spiderweb fashon. I've contacted my Chevrolet customer service and have been told that my vehicles original 3 year/36,000 mile warranty has expired and I can contact my local dealership to have the defect fixed at my expense. This vehicle was $55k brand new and it is clearly a manufacturer defect for the dashboard to crack after 4 years or any other time and expecting customes to pay over $1000 to correct this issue is unacceptable. This is a defect that should be corrected at no cost to vehicle owners.
There are several hairline cracks in the dash behind the steering column and around the passenger air bag. This vehicle has 48,000 miles and has been well maintained. I am concerned about passenger injuries not to forget that this vehicle was purchased for $53,000 and evidently has cheap and poor quality materials . I have replaced 2 door handles that became so loose. The dealership said there were bolts missing. A gm product made in america with this poor quality! Makes me wonder what is next!
I was driving on the highway at approx 60 MPH. The truck dropped speed rapidly and without warning. Lights starting flashing and stating reduced engine power - service stabilitrak. When attempting to pull over I applied the brakes and the truck lunged forward. This happened three times before the engine sputtered and shut off - on the highway. Gm/Chevrolet states this is not under warranty. The truck is less than 3 years old. *tr
Dash cracked by the passenger side airbag. Concerned if I do get in an accident that the piece will break and fly into the passenger.
The stabiltrak turned off on its own and launched our vehicle to the side while we were driving 55 MPH.

Takata recall. Autonation Chevrolet will not fix my airbags. They keep telling me that the parts are not in. It's been going on between 1-2 yrs now.
I confirmed the vehicle has a recall. Called the Dealer and they informed me that the dash may crack while performing the recall but is not included in the recall. Any cracks in the dash would be customer pay. This doesn't seem right.
Takata airbags recall concerned as to why this issue is not resolved and repaired.*dt*jb

There is a crack in the left upper side of the dash where the passenger airbag is. This happened with around 60k miles on it.

tires 1 complaint shown
As I was driving down interstate 85 in my hometown of thomasville north carolina in my 2011 Chevrolet tahoe which had exactly 1,320 miles on it, on 12/13/10 at approximately 1:00 pm, my passenger side front tire blew out. I was traveling at roughly 60-65 MPH and the speed limit was 70 MPH. I was cruising along, paying attention to the road as I always do being mindful of other drivers and my surroundings when I heard a loud pop or bang which I would consider similar to a rifle or shotgun blast. Immediately after hearing this loud noise, I slowed my speed trying to find out what caused the loud noise. About that time my tire pressure monitoring system on the instrument panel came on and began to chime and light up signaling that my right front tire pressure was low. I slowed down even
