When the vehicle in is motion and coming to a stop, the engine will stall. I have to stop the vehicle without any power steering or brakes before I can restart, which is extremely dangerous in normal traffic conditions. There have been a recall for the fuel pump relay. That recall has been performed twice. I still have the engine stall problem. Jeep is aware of the issue and seems unwilling to replace the ticm to fix this issue. The fuel pump relay appears to bypass the ticm.

On an intermittent basis I have experienced problems starting my Jeep. Then, on december 25, 2019, I receive the v62 fuel pump relay recall for my Jeep, which provides as follows:*dt our records indicate that your vehicle [1] was included in previous safety recall p54 (NHTSA 14v-530) or safety recall r09 (NHTSA 15v-115). The remedy for the previous recalls was to replace the fuel pump relay. Every few weeks, for the last few months, when braking and making a right hand turn the engine completely stalls. Power brakes and power steering are lost. The car needs to then be placed into neutral, or park, to be restarted. This has happened at speeds between 20-40 MPH and has resulted in near-miss accidents. I have read several complaints online that it has happened to other people while on highway exit ramps. I would bring it to the dealer for diagnosis, but since it happens infrequently the likelihood of it happening to them for diagnosis is not good. I have attached a document with links to others' complaints of this issue. As you will read, there is no dealer consensus for a diagnosis, or repair.
