Takata recali I asked boardwalk Volkswagen(1 bair island rd, redwood city, ca 94063) to help me to address takata recall. However, they just say they do not have related parts, and do not response me again. It seems that they won't help to address the takata recall, which is a very severe recall. I feel very disappointed about their responses.

Takata recall I received a recall notice from vwoa in april, 2016 regarding my driver's side air bag. It is now december, 2016 and my dealer still has no idea when it might be replaced. Additionally, when I tried to trade it in on a 2016 model, I was told that my old cc was now worth half of what I had paid for it only one year ago due to the dangerous air bags. Also I was warned of the possibility of shrapnel injury should I continue driving the car. Your help in obtaining a prompt remedy would be appreciated. *tr

After contacting the dealer and the manufacturer on multiple occasions, the contact was informed that the parts needed for the recall remedy were still not available and no estimated time for receiving the parts could be provided. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available.

This is a very serious safety concern and the recall has been nearly one year without any updates or a solution to this safety hazard. This is unacceptable.

Yakata recall after putting my family at risk for almost 12 mo. Is'nt it time for the gov. To step up.actually it's more like 4years. That defect has been there since new.

Stepping on the accelerator does not always product motion. Dangerous situation when more acceleration is needed such as on an entrance ramp or passing other vehicles or having to accelerate to avoid a crash. This has been a constant since we purchased this car (new) in 2012. The dealer service department told us this a sport vehicle and there is not a problem with the car as long as we accelerate harder. The recall parts are still not available according to vw of orland park il.

Takata recall. There is a takata airbag recall and there is no remedy yet. I live in alabama which has a hot, humid climate. I would like the airbag to be taken out even if no replacement is available at this time because the airbag may explode causing injury to me.

Takata recall - the driver side air bag has not yet been replaced which puts drivers of my car in danger. I was notified of the recall by vw in april 2016, but the problem has not been fixed.

When vehicle is in motion there has been multiple times I came close to getting in an accident due to being unable to use my horn. My horn and controls not work due to the clock spring harness. The vw clock spring warranty will not cover the fix due to my airbag light not being on yet. My horn not working alone is a safety issue and they refuse to see it that way.

For this recall notice 20ae- fuel pump control module there is not a repair available yet. Its been 3 months and how is that not enough time to have a remedy available? When will there be a repair available?! This is the vehicle I use and for the safety of my family I do not want to drive something that has potential to harm us even cause death?!!!!!! This summer there was gas fumes leaking and we had the fuel pump repaired and it costed u $700!! Is this related?! Vw is ridiculous. We are constantly getting recall notices!!!

Volkswagen of streetsboro (855 classic dr, streetsboro, oh) was contacted and confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall remedy. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue and was not able to confirm when the parts were to become available. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available. Upon attempting to start the vehicle, an error light turns on and message displays the steering column is defective and continues to flash/beep. If I try to drive the vehicle, steering feels loose when driving. Sometimes vehicle does not start at all and states active immobilizer, sometimes the car dies just after starting and steering column locks up.

Steering locked up and was unable to control car while in motion. According to dealership the motor that controls steering locked up. Was not able to turn steering wheel at all while in motion. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2012 Volkswagen cc. The contact was driving 5 MPH when the horn was depressed repeatedly but the horn failed to sound. The horn would only sound properly when the horn was depressed in one long motion. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the dealer confirmed there was an electronic delay with the horn. The manufacturer was contacted. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 100 and the current mileage was 2,283.

While driving in dc and also while stationary my car engine begins to stagger or shake repeatedly and the fuel pump and injectors are also giving out the exhaust system feels backed up epc light goes on and off constantly and air intake manifold looks out of sorts spark plugs go out very fast as well .

I started my car (37000 miles) on a parking lot, and the yellow warning lights for ABS, stability control, power steering, passenger air bag and parking break lighted up at once. Took the car to the mechanic and the diagnostic was the ABS module went bad. I found online that is a very common problem and a service bulletin was issued, but so far no recalls. It's a very expensive problem to repair $2000 to $3000, and I'm really concern that my passenger air bag is not operable.
