My wife was driving about 70 MPH, her juke started losing power & service engine light soon came on. She took it to dealership they told her it would be covered under warranty. They next day or so said they were not going to cover under her gold extended warranty. The tech that installed a new turbo from factory said it was defective. They are refusing to cover under the warranty
Tl* the contact owns a 2013 Nissan juke. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 55 MPH, the engine stalled without warning. The vehicle was not able to restart. The failure recurred twice. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where the failure was undetermined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 28,000.
Car has just 45,000 miles on engine. Purchased new from Pohanka Nissan in Salisbury MD 2013. Now has Turbo charger failure. Lost power suddenly on Highway traveling 60 mph. Taken to Nissan dealer who states that a nut backed off of the fan in the turbo charger causing damage not only to the turbo charger, but to two of the engine cylinders. Seems unreasonable that this could occur in the absence of a mechanical error during construction of the car. No prior engine problems. Car is essentially totaled as repair will cost more than the car cost new.

Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2013 Nissan Juke. The vehicle was a local dealer sale. Upon delivery of the vehicle, the odometer reading was not displayed on the instrument panel due to a faulty Tire Pressure Monitoring System; however, the Title indicated that the mileage was 83,950. After repairing the Tire Pressure Monitoring System, the odometer displayed 127,000 miles. The local dealer was contacted regarding the mileage discrepancy, but no assistance was offered.

Odometer Fraud. The contact won an auction for the 2013 Nissan Juke on November 15th, 2025. It was discovered that there was a mileage discrepancy. The contact had only placed a holding fee for the vehicle due to the mileage on the auction paperwork being different from other mileage reports for the VIN. At the time of purchase, the vehicle mileage was 115,087. The contact found on the Florida Highway Safety Motor Vehicles website, the title found that the mileage was reported as 140,000 on September 14th, 2024. I came out this morning to a shattered panoramic sun roof. The car was parked all night with no surrounding trees or anything above it. The glass just shattered (exploded) into small pieces with no contact or any type of contact. The car was parked in my driveway all night.
I was driving my wife's 2013 Nissan juke which was purchased in december of 2013. I was driving the car by myself for the second time and therefore I was not accustomed to using the keyless ignition. I stopped to check the mail box approximately 100 feet on top of a small hill on the road of my condominium complex, where the mail box was located. I was focused on the process of using the new push button system of turning off the ignition and consequently did not shift the car into park. I turned the car off and exited the car while it was still in drive, left the door open and proceeded to walk over to my mail box. I did not recall hearing any type of alarm alerting me to the fact that the car was not in park. Once I realized the car was rolling, I ran after it hoping to catch it before

Turbo-charge problem car slows down and stops while driving
Driving on highway averaging 80 MPH. I was not using cruise control. After 4 hours of driving the vehicle begins to decelerate. I pressed the gas pedal further to accelerate, yet it had no effect. The vehicle speed dropped to 60 MPH. I put on hazards. I shifted the automatic gear shift to manual and attempted to downshift. The gear indicator on the dashboard showed 7 (top gear), and as I attempted to downshift, the transmission would not downshift. The '7' gear indicator began to flash. The vehicle continued to decelerate to 50 MPH. This happened within a matter of 10 seconds. I immediately made my way to the shoulder of the highway. During this time, the check engine light never flashed, nor did any other indicator light come on. The temperature gauge was well below the halfway point. I p

My car was parked in my driveway. I got into it to go to work, and when I shut the driver's side door the sunroof shattered on top of me. I got out of the car to look at the damage. The sunroof looked warped upward in a couple places, and it was shattered. When I closed the door again, even more of it fell into my car. (I live in texas. There was a slight frost on my front windshield but that's all. The weather alone could not have caused my tempered glass sunroof to crack and shatter.)
I purchased Nissan juke/nismo in 9/13. At the end of 5/14 something happened. While I am in a parking lot I started my car and speedometer went to over 140 and stopped at 60mph and I am even not moving. When I increase speed to 5mph of courseit increased to 75-80mph. And my RPM's show s 4-5! I got to my home/garage and turn off my car. After 10-15 min and started car again. At this point seems that computer/electric system was reset. About 2 weeks later this is happened again when RPM's and speedometer shows "big numbers". I set up an appointment on 104th & federal (denver, co). They keep my car for few hours but they didn't find any issues. I have a paper which says "we need to see this vehicle during active failure". On 9/27 when I started car this is happened again. My speedomete

Pulled my car out of the driveway onto the street when the left front wheel fell off and the front of the car crashed to the ground.. Had the car towed to dealer, the diagnosis-ball joint control arms and axle. 1900.00 worth of repairs. Only taken to dealer for service. Last taken to dealer feb 2020 for 4 new tires. The car has 42000 miles. Thank god I wasn't on the expressway traveling at 65mph. This is definitely a life safety problem. Contacted Nissan corporate and lodged a complaint. Thus car was bought new in 2013. I had no prior warning of anything wrong with the car

When driving my Nissan juke the speed started to decrease. As I pressed on the gas pedal, it would not go any faster. I even pressed the gas pedal all the way to the floor and it still would not increase in speed. From 70 MPH it decreases to between 40 and 50 MPH on the interstate. This is extremely dangerous. I could have gotten hit and road rage is quite real. It took at least, and I mean at the least, 30 minutes to where it would increase in speed. I thought it was going to stop on the middle of the interstate. Very scary and very real. My juke was also making a buzzing/hissing noise under the hood. Especially when pressing the gas pedal.

The vehicle was parked. Driver got in and closed the door. After hearing an odd sound of something raining down on the roof area, driver got out and discovered that the sunroof had shattered. Since the sunroof shade was closed, the glass did not enter the vehicle. *tr
